Ordered a child seat online hoping to have it delivered to our door. However, the incompetent delivery partner "GLS" conveniently sent the parcel to a pick up shop marking"recipient not at home" when we were at home the entire day.
To top it all, when contacted the KinderKraft customer support to help resolve this. They simply forwarded the status tracker sent by GLS. Even if the delivery fails once, as per the KinderKraft delivery policy on the website, the delivery should have been attempted at least once more.
So, a big "0" for the customer service and an even bigger "0" for the choice of delivery partner.
