The information is detailed and everyone is very supportive. What they do not tell you is that there are other things you need to purchase in order to get your book up and running, also that a commitment of 5 - 10 hours a week is required. I am only half way through the learning material, and it IS excellent, as is the support, however this will need additional resources (time and money) to emulate their methodology. Once i start publishing, and see results, my score might be higher - but I'm not there yet.

Costs associated with completing the course and publishing are not transparent. Although requested, I have not been able to obtain correctly structured tax invoices or payment plans. The urgency they create sucks vulnerable people into a subscription. They do not allow time to read the fine print. The limited offer is not a one-time offer. The presentation is not live; you can continue to access the special purchase for the course. Therefore, do your research first to ensure the course is right for you. Ultimately, the currency conversion of the course price caused me absolute undue stress. While the course provides useful information, the delivery is far from succinct. The bombardment of emails they send shows a lack of understanding of how to engage with their clients professionally. My advice for people considering enrolling in this course is to research and read reviews. Make sure you have extra unallocated savings. My advice for the KPI facilitators is to have successive levels of the course, and students pay according to the levels they wish to progress towards. I hope this helps potential students and enlightens the facilitators. I genuinely appreciate Sophie's entrepreneurial advice. However, I advise you not to fall for fast marketing trickery. I am a professional, and I always read the fine print; however, I can't recommend these services. I do not wish any other potential client to be in my situation. If you have some unallocated savings and all the time in the world, then go for it.

I've been working with the KPI program for a little over a month. I've gone through the sessions that relate to getting started on writing your book and the research process of making sure you know your audience and keywords and topic before starting with AI or a ghost writer. I have developed and exported my first book with blinkbook and I am now in the phase of adding personal touches before sending off to an editor and cover illustrator. For just one month in I'd say this program is stellar and effective.

I hate what Amazon have done to kindle. Without warning they have changed the way it opens. No longer do I see the cover of the book I’m reading but advertisements. Only the other day a book I was reading disappeared from the library. Please Amazon give us back our front pages.

The biggest thing I disliked was the overwhelming number of videos from so many people. I know this is bad to say, but the owner was the hardest to listen to because she seemed distracted often and didn't stick to the topic. I chose this initially because I wanted to write again, get back involved in writing, and product some books with others, but the length of time it takes to just get started is totally off the charts for me. I need to make money and now and this is not a "now" process, so I'm quite defeated with it.

The program is too complicated… takes too long to go through all the modules, and the videos/calls could be condensed a lot. Expecting someone to sit for 4 hours to listen to a video call is too much. I’m hoping to get through it all, but honestly i don’t know if I will ever have enough time to do it.

Very warm colleagues with great explanations. Really feel 'helped' toward my goals of authorship and income.

The KPI program which uses Trustpilot leaves A LOT to be desired. After the structure of the program is explained, the client is left to join a range of badly prepared, poorly delivered podcasts and zoom sessions. These sessions seem to have no beginner-to-accomplished sequence. There are loads of them and presumably the client is expected to surf through the unfamiliar topics to learn in a random fashion. ‘Flying blind’ through a lot of acronyms, um-ing and ar-ing is NOT how a student should feel in a training program.
These online sessions (zoom and pre-recorded) are not organised sequentially for a beginner. One is expected to listen in and somehow understand what is being discussed. The presenters are NOT teachers and the rate of delivery is too fast. In each of the sessions I joined (before finally giving up), someone on the call asked the presenter to slow down. Then, the session would move through anecdotes using loads of acronyms that a beginner such as myself did not know, rather than what I expected: a step-by-step ‘how-to’, delivered at an appropriate pace.
As an experienced teacher, I can see that using people who have had success but who do not have formal training as an instructor is a glaring mistake in the delivery of this information.
I regret buying into this program and if it were possible, I would like to withdraw with a refund.
It’s very disappointing as I was super enthusiastic about it and followed all the instructions. I even wrote two short non-fiction books myself ready to publish.

The staff is informative, professional, empathetic and motivating. It is interesting to hear of their personal experience with publishing, for example in the topic generation module.
The help desk has helped me with technical information, for example how to change my email in the system.
I am extremely impressed by the unity in message delivery. It is evident that everyone in your organization is on the same page. Kudos to you!

I've only gone through half the program so far. I started 5 weeks ago, and have been intensely focused for at least 15 hours a week.
The teaching is very in-depth, with multiple examples and long videos explaining what various coaches recommend doing. I've noticed that I'm still confused after watching so many different explanations per unit, so I guess I'll just practice it myself and figure out the best way for me. I'll also need to re-watch numerous videos that I liked. I recommend keeping score and marking the methods that appeal so you can re-watch. However, better too long and too many than not enough videos!
I love the tools and all the different ways you can use them to get to the goal of publishing and earning on Amazon. Keywords and advertising is something I'm still not completely clear on, but no doubt this will all work out as I go. Looking forward today to starting to learn about Blink Books! :)
I'm really impressed with the depth and wealth of practical information included in this program. I am so excited to publish my first book! Way to go team!

The amount of help available! It’s truly a remarkable program, every little step has been thought out. The check in phone calls and weekly Q&A sessions are great to learn from as well. I’m loving it and couldn’t have asked for anymore help. Annette
