It has been a month and although…

It has been a month and although customer service is good - my packages keep coming back undeliverable which makes zero sense. I’ve never had problems receiving deliveries. For this to take this long with multiple attempts to get my order is insanity.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Ordered a Christmas ornament and several days after placing the order, receive an email stating the order had been cancelled at my request which was absolutely not the case. When I contacted customer support they stated they cancelled the order due to the item being out of stock — no suggestion for a similar item, no apologies for lying in their email they sent me, no ownership of their miscommunication and although they stated they were refunding my money — no sign of the refund either. Do yourselves a favor and look for another vendor. Doesn’t look like much original stuff on their site anyway, do yourself a favor and look for another vendor before you consider using this one!

Loved the product just wished there were more updates on when the product would arrive. I received 2 items real quick but was never sure if the other 2 were coming. I called and get the update just wish I would have gotten a few text updates.

Order disappeared, then shipped substandard product- will never purchase again

We ordered a gift for a nephew and had it shipped. The shipping tracking disappeared after a few days later. The recipient didn't receive the gift. We tried to track the package but there was no longer a tracking or oder number on their site and the order was gone- yet we had already been charged. We complained to the credit card company, who put a hold on the charge to investigate... THEN KindlyToys managed to ship a broken, unrecognizable piece of junk to our nephew- who threw it out. Because an item (of any quality or junk) was actually shipped and received, we had to pay for it. I will NEVER shop with this organization again.

It’s a Winner!

Our one year old wanted to play with her busy board with her name on it right away! We had to stop her at her party so she would open her other presents. It seems to be very sturdy. It’s a winner!

Very poor experience …

My purchase will take 15 days to arrive at the destination. It wasn’t shipped out for 10 days and then 5 more days to arrive at the destination. This was a gift for a child’s birthday and it will end up taking 15 days to complete the shipment. This is what they say is the date it will arrive. Time will tell. Totally unacceptable!! I had to email support twice. They lost track of my order.
