I am first time buyer and do not have any experience with the home buying process. Russell provided a great service and was very knowledgeable.

I ultimately didn't go with Kingdom Mortgages, which was a real mistake. I spoke to an adviser who was incredibly knowledgeable out my property and who would offer a mortgage on it (ei, very limited options), but a different broker offered better rates so my partner pushed to go for them. Lo and behold, after paying that other broker a fee, it turns out Kingdom was completely correct and the best rate they'd quoted as the best rate. So I paid £100 to be messed around, time wasted, and ultimately get the rate Kingdom had offered in the first place. So, if you have the chance, I'd go for them!

This was my first time buying a house and Russell explained everything clearly and concisely. I was confident I was getting the right mortgage that suited our needs, and the mortgage application process went very smoothly when the time came.

Great customer service. Russel was a very responsive agent always available or called back straight away. Good advice which helped us secure a mortgage at the first attempt, despite some complications with our application. Very good service and no fee on our end.
