When I placed my order it only took 2 business days for the shipping label to be created. It remained in that status for 2 and a half weeks before it shipped. I had originally ordered this product through Walmart and ultimately that order got cancelled after 2 weeks of no updates.
Item did not ship until a week or so later after placing order. Also did not have accurate shipping information or any updates until the day the product was received. Had to purchase shorts from another supplier to attend my event on 7/26. While i do like the product, I’m highly unlikely to purchase from this site again. (an estimated 3-5 business day delivery is vividly advertised when you're adding trunks to cart, not the 20 days thats found in shipping policy). No need to drill down to the policy with such a short delivery time plastered.

Your order was placed on July 14th and delivered on July 28th.
So per our shipping policy it was on time or early.

I can see you ordered on July 1st and delivery was on July 15th.
Our shipping policy on Swim Trunks clearly states to expect up to 20 business days for delivery and with the 4th of July holiday we were able to have them delivered in under 14 business days.
