Beautiful furniture but take care when ordering on line during the sales as the order may not necessarily reflect what is described by web site. (I was advised that I should have taken a screen shot of the website when I ordering so I would highly recommend you do so to avoid disappointment!). I bought a parasol which was described as having LED lights on the website when I purchased it - but on delivery it didn't. I had checked in store before ordering that the specific parasol had LED lights (there were two parasols on the website which both were described as having lights - one cheaper but was advised by the shop assistant that it was a website error but they would honour the price). When it was delivered there were no lights. Fair enough the order itself didn't mention lights but the website description said it did!

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience at the store thanks to Rasa's expert advice. Rasa was exceptionally friendly, engaged, thorough and dedicated in helping me find the right sofa and, just as importantly, the right fabric. The sofas were stylish and comfortable. I ended up choosing Zaza, that helpfully comes with the sides and back separately to allow delivery through my small hallway.

I recently bought the fabulous 1978 chair from King at Westfield in White City and have to say that the whole experience was really lovely. The salesperson, Hejar was so easy to talk to and helped with all of my queries in a lovely manner. I will definitely be back to add to my collection and would personally only deal with Hejar. Good product but with multiple delays
Order number: WWC25120089 Second product delivery from King. Was impressed from first experience (see previous review. This experience - Original lead time of 3 months. Several delays equating to an additional 2 months. Customer services not prompt to provide updates, updates were mostly customer initiated. However good sales (hejar at Westfield, London) and delivery (Jim and Bert from furniture delivery network) interaction. Jim and Bert respected my home and took their shoes off without being asked. Nice comfortable sofa.
