The overall finish is disappointing
I ordered a large woolen blanket. The wool itself is nice and warm, so in terms of material it meets expectations. Unfortunately, the overall finish is disappointing. The edges are poorly stitched, look rushed, and curl up, which makes the blanket look messy and not well finished.
Considering the high price, this is not acceptable.
Delivery also took over a week.
If you are looking for a blanket with a neat and attractive appearance, I would not recommend this one. If looks don’t matter and you only care about warmth, it does the job.

I got my towels with a one-week delay
I got my towels with a one-week delay. I went on a vacation and couldn’t wait that long for delivery.
I had to ask my friend to come from the other part of the city and pick the parcel for me, which was very inconvenient for both of us.
I don’t know what happened with their “service”, but it’s very disappointing. I emailed them to find out what happened and didn’t even get any response.
Plus it was a gift for my husband and apparently he didn’t get it as planned for his birthday.
Overall bad experience. I wanted to order some towels too, but no thanks. My first impression is completely ruined because of the way you handled my order.
