I’ve used King of Cotton, on and off, for 18 years. I’ve never had a problem, in any way, until now. I ordered sheets, microfibre pillows and a topper. Sheets are as good as ever and the topper has made a real difference to my sleep quality. However, the pillows - the latest of several I’ve ordered - were not good. Flat - with two pillows, our heads were pretty much on the mattress. I contacted customer services who gave an instant refund and arranged collection. She expressed concern that it might be a supply issue. I’m disabled and have back issues, needed a quick fix and frankly didn’t trust the next order to improve, so I went instead to a well known dept store. They supplied a similar product - slightly cheaper - and they’re great! Sadly, I’d find it difficult to put my trust in King of Cotton microfibre pillows - after years of usage.

I bought this due to my old, heavy, towel dressing gown becoming thin and getting holes after 20 years of wear and tear.
I find this is far superior to my old flat toweling gown as it's 420 gsm, trapping air to keep you snug.
I've been wearing it to keep warm when remote working in this Snowy and Frosty Winter of 2025 / 2026. It's 3/4 length so I'm totally cocooned to keep me warm for the entire shift.

Hand wash absolutely terrible. Full of lumps and couldn't even wash your hand.

Delivery didn’t arrive when it was supposed to. It was then adjusted and didn’t arrive again. It eventually arrived a day or two later and was the wrong product.

We had purchased 2 waffle robes some years ago, and when I looked at the label, of the robes we have, it was King of cotton, so I hoped the robe I ordered was going to be of equal quality, I was not disappointed. Excellent quality. We live in the EU, so we were also pleased with fairly fast delivery.
All good stuff.

The pillow is absolutely superb.

Ordered white towels. Big both towels with 800 gsm and small with 700 gsm. Very unsatisfied that the bathtowels are only washable up to 40 degrees, without any notice on homepage. The small ones with 60 degrees is ok.

A return label hat to be organised by yourself, so very expensive from foreign countries to Portugal (€ 22).

I would not order there again.
