Highly Recommend Kingsbox – Great Products and Support

I have purchased several products from Kingsbox over the past few years. The products are of excellent quality, I’ve been using them for a long time, and they are still just as durable and look as good as the day I bought them.
Their customer support is very helpful and friendly, and they assisted me with all the details before my purchase.
I would definitely recommend them.

Great costumer service!!

I really like kingsbox equipment, so when i wanted to start my project i had no doubts. Most importantly what I really liked is their costumer service, Mateja was able to satisfy all my requests being always nice.

I recently ordered fitness equipment from KingsBox for my gym, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. We bought six figures and equipped a whole gym with Kingsbox gear. Of course they are some items which were not perfect, but the service was great and they switched every time I reclaimed something. They never tried to discuss or something. Also the customer service is very close. They try to help where they can. Great company and great stuff. They also try to improve with every new product. Great

Very disappointed at this point

In the Beginning: very disappointed. Delivery date was agreed. Received a call saying that delivery was not possible. REASON: The order cannot be found. I am to wait for further information.

But: After I received the goods anyway – I am delighted with the product – they contacted me immediately and explained the situation. Kingsbox is not to blame.

I am very satisfied with Kingsbox!!!

Disappointed with the build quality

I ordered the 3-second pull-up bar with a gas cylinder. While ordering and delivery went smoothly, the problems began with the assembly. The product is poorly manufactured:
- I received washers of the wrong size
- Several screws required excessive force due to misaligned holes
- Plastic caps didn’t fit without trimming

The biggest issue, though, is with the gas cylinder. Once installed, the bar no longer folds flat against the wall - it only collapses to about 30 degrees and sticks out awkwardly.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience for something marketed as a premium, easy-to-use product.

Waist of time and energy but honnest resolution

EDIT : It's been long and procedural but Kingsbox refund me.

.After waiting MONTHS for a product, the delivery NEVER happened. But as the shipper say so (i just received a "your shipping has arrived" mail bur NO ITEM in my yard) Kingsbox company has "closed my ticket" and offer me no solution.

At this point it is a scam !
I paid for an item i never received and have no way to get neither a solution nore my money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM KINGSBOX. THEY'RE THIEVES AND LYERS

Bad experience but hopefully everything will be fine...(it was fine in the end)

I place order on 16.9.2024 its 3.10.2024 today and order is still not with me. So it all started 16.9. then I my first email 23.9. that my order is ready to pick up (which is quite a time if someone was to get pick order, I thought you could get there in showroom and take your order the same day). Problem is I marked ship to my adress and not pickup. It also said in confirmation email that my order will be shipped and they will let me know when. So I respond to frist email that I used cupon code for free shippement that I found online I want to make it clear if thats somehow a problem. He responds day later saying that in their system its marked as "pick up" but that they will send it (probabyl) tomorrow that was on 24.9, (I try to call them at first but all their numbers are not available). So i thought ok we solved that, It took a while but everything is fixed now, thigs like that happen i dont mind them its life. So now 3.10. as i am writtining I still havent recieved any email, call from support, I wrote email asking them whats happening to my order but no response yet.
I guess based on reviews I would say if it goes well its excellent, but they are probably really bad at solving something when it doesnt. In my case I dont really get it how hard it is to solve this, it would take me 2min , I also dont really understand what went wrong but is just taking so much time and seems like nobody cares, which is the opposite of what I read about owners in their interviews, I really like their story. Overall I still hope/think they are good company, I will probably order again from them but my experience right now is really bad, and I think I gave them enough time before writing this, its the lack of communication that is the worst part about it.
My suggestion is: have someone calling or emailing costumer the same day the place order just to let them know you care and let them know how much time it will take. Then make sure telephone numbers works and have quicker email response time. I get it that is hard to find reliable person to do that but it is worth it, because I really didnt want my bad experiance and It could be avoided with so little effort.

Anyway I wish kingsbox all the best, I still think maybe it was just bad timing and will still order in future probably. And hopefully I will get my order soon.

UPDATE 8.10.2024 After 2 more emails they answer me and said package is shipped and it arrived next day (today). It was just "bad comunication" , like i said problem was small and it should be resolved in couple of minutes but sometimes stuff like that happens. I am happy that I finally got my equipement and I already test it and its awsome as expected. So I will update my score now to 3 star but only because of lack of comunication, other then that , when they do respond everyone seems very nice and professional, it just take time for them to respond :). I really feel like most people will have great experiance, but if something goes wrong just stay patient.
