Last week I've ordered Kingsbox Elite weight vest + 20 x 1kg BLOCKS. Was worried a little about delivery time while reading some past reviews, but for no reason. My order came today, and I am very pleased with the quality! It was also very well packed.

I have to say that after seeing KingBox at FIBO, their gear really does look amazing in person. They were really distinct from the others. They look better than actually are. I immediately installed their pulley system in our gym.

KingsBox went above and beyond. They customized the sign in my gym space, making it feel truly personalized and unique. So pleased with it.

I am extremely satisfied with my KingsBox gym equipment. The quality is exceptional, and it has significantly enhanced my workout experience. The durability and thoughtful design of their products truly stand out. From weights to accessories, KingsBox provides reliable and professional-grade equipment. I highly recommend KingsBox to anyone looking for top-notch gym gear.

I ordered over 3000€ worth of equipment from them. Among other damaged items there were 12 damaged micro bumper plates. They offer a partial refund which I agreed to. 6 weeks passed and after I asked about the money they said they changed their mind and offered a coupon of even lower value. I refused the coupon from day one.

Since then they ignored my calls, SMSes and emails. The phone on their website has been disconnected for months and you can’t reach them.

Quality control is non existent. Screws are missing from sets, equipment has minor defects everywhere and welding is mediocre at best.

But all of that is not important - the way they handle customers is! It’s terrible!

Paid for 2 days shipping, it's been over a week now and nothing. Won't even allow me to check the tracking number now!

I bought my first accessory (an armor belt) a few weeks ago. I found the website very clear but one thing struck me, the kindness of their customer care. I talked with Iztok a very lovely person. They also gave me one pair of gloves (for pull up) and a special cashew butter. I highly recommend KinsBox!

I wasn't familiar with Kingsbox, but I should say that I am very happy with both their products and their costumer service. There were some issues with my order, but it was solved very professionally. Their costumer services is off the charts.

In the end I received a good product from an excellent built quality. I would highly recommend Kingsbox to everyone.

Some problem during the delivery due to the delay of delivery and some material not in stock. But very good customer support (thanks Nina), very efficient to solve all the problem
