Both Victoria, who showed us around the property and answered our every question, and Faye, who oversaw and guided us through the referencing process were incredibly responsive, helpful, and proactive in assisting with our emergency move that we had to do in less than 2 weeks after an apartment owned by a different agency was absolutely unlivable upon arrival. Kingsdene kept us from going homeless in a new city basically.

I had a brilliant experience working with Katy from Kingsdene Property when letting out my place in Manchester. She made the whole process incredibly straightforward — always on hand to answer questions, kept me in the loop at every stage, and generally made things feel stress-free.

Most importantly, she found me a fantastic tenant quickly, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Katy’s professionalism, attention to detail, and approachable manner really stood out, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing everything was being handled so well.

Charley at Kingsdene was brilliant throughout my rental process. She was really helpful during the viewing and made all the paperwork straightforward and stress-free. I really appreciate her support and would definitely recommend her and Kingsdene!

Very disappointing experience. The flat was not handed over in the “excellent” condition described – hallway light never worked, bathroom drainage was slow, and the bathroom light failed again shortly after repair.

Despite us cleaning thoroughly for hours before moving out and leaving the property in good condition, the agency tried to deduct £174 for cleaning, providing only an invoice and no photographic proof. When challenged, they even suggested we “contribute” part of the cost instead of justifying the charge.

We caused no damage, yet still faced an unfair deduction. Tenants should be very cautious – be ready to escalate to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme if you want fair treatment.

Moved from out of the UK into Manchester and I will say this…. From the time of inquiry into a flat, to move in, Kingsdene was NOTHING BUT AMAZING!
They were attentive, helped me navigate a new tenancy. They even were able to do a virtual tour of the flat I was interested in.

Jacob, Kirsten, Faye and the whole team were super friendly and just an absolute pleasure to work with.
If you’re moving, and need a great team to help you, I highly recommend Kingsdene!!

I have been dealing with the lettings team at Kingsdene (formerly when they were employed by JLL too) for many years and they are excellent. The team (I usually deal with Lela and Laura) are very responsive and always give me excellent advice. Most importantly, they organise the whole process of finding new tenants, doing checks and collecting references and setting up contracts. I would highly recommend them.

I have lived at Santorini, City Island for about 6 years. I am only moving due to retiring soon and moving to the coast as you do.

Kingsdene Estate Agents have been nothing short of amazing for me personally, Gurjit and Faye are the respective team members who have assisted me with renting a flat in Central Manchester. Tenancy swaps and repairs have arisen during my contract which can be stressful.

Fantastic when it came down to moving out- good communication, smooth return of deposit, timely inspection and instructions on how they want to get the keys back. Very positive! Whilst I was living in the property it took a bit of nudging to get a radiator fixed but once they’ve sent a man to repair it, it was all done in one day. So overall, not a bad experience.
