We absolutely do not give customers second hand/used/returned lingerie, hence why we do not accept returns on these intimate items for a change in mind. We are horrified to hear of your experience here on Trust Pilot, as how you received your costume is the condition we received it it directly from the manufacturer. We would have gladly sent a replacement if you had have contacted us with your concerns once you received it. a 1 star review is horrifying when we try go over and beyond to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. Devastated to not have been given the chance to remedy the situation :(
