[Was initially nervous to order due to the brief and limited reviews here, and that the latest one was over 12 months old, but after cross referencing the reviews from their Ebay store I was then comfortable enough to give it a go]

Even with its hiccups, I am overall pleasantly surprised! Will be confidently returning in the future for its competitive pricing and product selection. See below for my detailed review.

SHIPPING/PACKAGING:
My order was lodged on a public holiday long weekend and was promptly shipped the next available business day. Packaged adequately in a black padded mailer and labeled discretely as 'LB Fulfilment,' it arrived at my door within 3 days of dispatch. Very happy there :)

PRODUCT CONDITION:
Upon opening, my singular product order arrived with its packaging dented in notably on one side (likely from its time in transit - luckily causing no product damage), a piece from it missing, broken manufacturer seals, and a 'foreign' tape seal. A very worrying experience.

For the product I did receive; I have yet to come across any quality concerns, and have not discovered any discrepancies that raise suspicion of it being a non-genuine branded product.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
After inspection I immediately called up customer support (during their working hours) and was met with their message bank. I did not leave a message and alternatively emailed customer support with photos of the missing part and altered seals, and requested a replacement (with the assumption I had received something that had slipped through quality control). They responded same day, apologised for the matter, and informed me that the manufacturer had removed said part due to import restrictions around button cell batteries/products. Hence also the altered seals.

This information is now communicated on their website, indicated clearly on the product listing. I am unsure if I have somehow missed this information before ordering, or if its details have been amended due to my case. Do with that what you will.

Because my interest in replacement was based on the missing part and altered seals being accidental, replacement was no longer feasible as they were intentionally supplying the product that way. Instead, customer support offered a complete refund due to my lack of satisfaction. They quickly processed the refund back through my method of payment (PayPal) without problem. Generally very satisfied with the handling/resolution of my case!

FINAL NOTES:
- Overall super friendly, understanding and responsive support.
- Great shipping/packaging.
- Seemingly trustworthy products.
- Glad to now see the product listing contains the relevant disclosure.
- Could improve/tweak website's presentation to read as more reliable/trustworthy for newcomers, including its presentation when Google searched. It inadvertently gets itself categorised into the mass of 'precarious adult toy stores to avoid.'

Review would have been 5/5 if the website had more polish/approachability.

My husband bought me the Twitch hands free toy. I was a bit taken a back and wasn’t even sure what it was. But it’s quite literally changed my life. I’ve since used it everyday. I’ve also placed another order which arrived so quickly and is amazing. Very happy with the quality. I am sure I will be back for more.
