I had two very expensive web sites…
I had two very expensive web sites hosted by kinsta, I change credit card numbers once a year, and I tried to update payment information four times on the app, and it never worked. Kinsta removed both my websites, with no back up. If you want hosting, I would never use kinsta, the only people you can talk to is sales, if your an existing customer theres only chat, which is terrible at custoer wervice

We strive to make account administration as smooth as possible, and our Billing Team is available to assist and reach out to users who have incomplete billing information in our system and if there's a failed payment in the system. Terminating an account is always a last resort and preceded by attempts from our team to connect with the client.
Our system keeps backups for 14 days for any closed or cancelled account, and our Technical Support Team is available to help restore them.
We are at your disposal to help investigate the issue further.

Great hosting, great experience with support
Every single person I have spoken to at Kinsta has been friendly and knowledgable. They made the process of migrating a tricky WordPress multisite to their platform a breeze. Then when I had an issue that was no one's fault, their support was so nice and efficient and gave me the exact instructions I needed for another platform to resolve the error. The experience has been great, the site hosting is also performing really well. Honestly, working with them has been a huge weight off my shoulders.
