The quality of the trousers and fabric and the workmanship is good for casual wear. As the sizes can vary slightly, I recommend going one size up. Support and delivery times are acceptable.

I was very satisfied with my trousers. I received compliments. The order arrived on time. I thought the logo would be on the drawstring, but it wasn't, but that doesn't stop me from liking them.

The trousers I received looked far better online than in reality. The fabric is very thin and the overall quality does not match the premium impression created by the website.

Communication with customer service is slow – I had to wait around three to four days for each email reply, which made the whole complaint process unnecessarily long.

The return process is customer-unfriendly: returns must be shipped to China at your own expense, with tracking, and refunds are only issued after the items arrive and are inspected.

As an alternative, I was offered a 30 % partial refund if I kept the items without returning them. However, this does not solve the underlying issue, as the products are not usable for me.

In addition, the sizing information is unreliable. You cannot depend on standard clothing sizes to match actual measurements.

Overall: disappointing product quality, slow support, and a complicated return process. I will not order here again.

Die gelieferten Hosen wirkten qualitativ minderwertig. Der Stoff ist sehr dünn und entspricht nicht dem hochwertigen Eindruck, den Website und Marketing vermitteln.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist zäh – auf E-Mails musste ich jeweils drei bis vier Tage auf eine Antwort warten, was den gesamten Reklamationsprozess unnötig verlängert hat.

Der Rücksendeprozess ist kundenunfreundlich: Rückversand ausschließlich nach China, auf eigene Kosten, mit Tracking. Die Rückerstattung erfolgt erst nach Eingang und Prüfung der Ware.

Als Alternative wurde mir eine Teilrückerstattung von 30 % angeboten, falls ich die Artikel behalte und nicht zurücksende. Dieses Angebot löst jedoch das grundlegende Problem nicht, da die Produkte für mich nicht nutzbar sind.

Zusätzlich sind die Größenangaben aus meiner Sicht nicht verlässlich. Man kann sich nicht darauf verlassen, dass Standardgrößen den tatsächlichen Maßen entsprechen.

In Summe: enttäuschende Qualität, langsame Kommunikation und ein komplizierter Rückgabeprozess. Ich werde dort nicht erneut bestellen.

I bought five items in two deliveries which are all of good quality. In particular I do like the cut of the harem trouser which fits perfectly well. The delivery is fast compared to e.g. Prime Amsterdam whose delivery takes ages.
Kirakuco has a very good client service. They solve problems fair and act fast.

I just got an order and I found ok. The trousers were as expected, just a little bit too large, but they are comfortable. I am going to place a new order very soon

i. was suspicious because of bad reviews, but I trust them, and I made the good choice. Articles arrived in time and everything was correct and quality. Hope it will continue I recommend

I love the products! I got tshirts and pants. Good quality! I didn’t need to return something - so no experience on this.

I bought 2 Jitsu model, blue and brown. As product is very comfortable, light and takes little space to be stored. In my humble opinion it's the best choice for travelling.Shipping it's not the fastest ever but it's ok.
I ordered on 3 December and I received on 22 December.

WARNING these people are not reliable : you cannot get reumbursed if the trousers don't fits you ! DO NOT ORDER, bad quality some others victims said that trousers are sold 12 euros on TEMU !!

I give a 5 star review for 2 reasons: first is that I like the trousers I bought, they are quite like expected and I appreciated the shape, color and texture. The second reason is that customer attention with a small problem I had (missing item) was great and attentive, and they resolved the problem quickly and the best they could (I guess the item is on its way).

The pants are very comfortable, I bought three pairs. Good material. Fast shipping.

Quite a long time to receive the item but quality and fits very good..it is better i expected...
