It is a Chinese Dropshipping company. That means returns have to go back to China. While support was attentive. Quality of clothing is so so. Kind of overpriced.

We would however like to clarify one important point, as the term “dropshipping” is often misunderstood.
Dropshipping means selling products that are shipped directly from a manufacturer only after an order is placed, without owning or managing any stock. This is not how Kirakuco operates.
Our products are designed with our partners, produced specifically for our brand, carry custom labels, and are purchased in advance as stock. We manage quality checks, sizing standards, and customer support ourselves.
To serve customers worldwide efficiently, our stock is centralized in an international logistics hub, from which orders are shipped to different countries.
We respect that pricing and quality perception can vary from person to person, and we appreciate your balanced review. Your feedback helps us continue improving.

Comfy trousers
Comfy trousers, a bit tight around the waist (I normally wear a size 52 Italian and the L is slightly tight, should have ordered XL). Looks good and can be a good option for home or outdoors.

Their costumer service does not work: i sent them three mails in 24 hours with no answer.
The products informations are lacking: it is not possible to understand which season are the clothes realized for (i bought two pair of trousers but i can not use them because of it is winter!).
The clothes are too expensive and the materials are not good quality (the trousers are made by cotton but are raw).
I will not buy again by this company and i suggest to everyone to skip this page and do not waist your money with this company

These are ok trousers, nothing spectacular IMHO. Pay attention to the sizes as they are fairly tight on the waist. Kirakuco agreed to send me one size up at no cost after some negotiation.
