2 Ai lamps £100 cheaper than everywhere else
Just purchased 2 Ai lamps, they are great except for the annoying voice that comes on each time a hand is inserted, I'll be looking for a way to see if that can be muted.
The lamps are spacious and well designed.
I only purchased them from here because they were £100 cheaper than everywhere else

Can’t say good/bad. Okay for most😃
I can’t really say much good/bad about the service 🙂 It will be okay for most techs.
But, for me as an educator, tech and competitor.. it’s not ideal..
Because I need to be able to easily get in contact with the firm/brand etc I plan to order from. I am way over average interested in the science/health/chemistry in our industry, (a nail geek of sorts 😂). This is why I say KM services probably is okay for most techs. But for myself... I need to build trust and direct contract/communication with the brands I use. Especially since I order from out of country.
So I miss being able to easy contact, asking questions I need to know, regarding products, the production. the brand etc etc.
And even when things was missing in my packag (sometime back) I did not get any help with this all. no answer after contacting on email. So I feel it is a hard to get real contact and help with the things I need.
So .. This is one thing I think is a bit too hard with KM. To get in contact and get real answers to my questions.
Yes, I read the SDS sheets etc But for my purposes I would like an easier way of communicating.
And one more thing I noticed last order. The shipping time and cost has had a huge jump. Some is to be expected these days. But.. Shipping was so much faster and way less expensive just a short time back. This has had a big change. I think they changed the shipping company (?) Now it would easily be 150$ shipping if I need it as fast as it normally was. Before it was about 40£ for shipping (only option) and the package came 1-2 days later over sea to my country. Super! But now it took a week to get the package without paying the 150£ shipping. Not really a complaint, but something I noticed last order. I was not expecting this big difference. Even as the world is changing. This was a big difference. But to be clear, not a complaint.
I am happy with the art products I use from KM. Since art supplies are what I use KM for. And I tested the small AI mini lamp, super too! Inks are great ,especially the metallic ones, and the 3d tube gels are great!
I think most techs do not need the kind of answers and communication that I need to use KM or any brand. So probably not the review most techs would find helpful. Maybe if you yourself are an educator and (or) nail industry geek like myself. 🙂

Regarding the previous concern about a missing item, all items were correctly packed and dispatched. You later confirmed that the item had been wrongfully misplaced by a member of your family and was later returned to you, we’re pleased this was resolved.
In 2024, we changed from DHL to UPS for all international shipments. Delivery to the EU is typically 5–7 working days, though customs processing is beyond our control. Your most recent order, placed on 24th February, was dispatched on 25th February and delivered on 2nd March, 3 working days in transit (excluding the weekend).
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination, with all options clearly displayed before payment. If you have any shipping concerns in regard to prices, please do contact us and we are always happy to look further into this for you.
We truly value your feedback and we are always looking for ways to improve communication and support for technical queries. Your insight helps us grow and serve our customers better.
