Scam? Order in processing still, after 8 days with no response from the seller.
I am in UK and have recently ordered a couple of products from this beauty store and on top of the fact that I have placed my order before 2 pm and it should have been processed the same day (according to their own policy) my order is still processing after 8 days later still.
I have written to them and yet no response regarding the order or being able to get back a refund.
I believe this is scamming at this point and am utterly disappointed.

It's great the only thing is that for canada it's double the price... something that 60 with the shipping comes to over 130 in can $.... but I love the products.....

Our products are shipped from the UK via a third-party logistics partner, and the shipping price shown is the exact rate we pay — in some cases, customers even get a better deal than we do. Unfortunately, international shipping has become increasingly expensive, especially for tracked and insured services, which we use to make sure your order arrives safely.
Our pricing for overseas customers also runs through a live currency conversion, so the final total in CAD can feel higher once shipping and exchange rates are applied.
We really appreciate your honesty and your continued support, even with the extra cost involved. If there’s ever anything we can help with just let us know. 💗

I dont have an issue with the product, I haven't used it yet, but the pricing should be laid out in full with VAT and excluding VAT, its only when you're about to pay do you see the actual total, and the delivery is very expensive, I only buy a few things at a time so it's very light but still £7 postage, I think much clearer pricing would be helpful , I do like the products though but the pricing system does put me off buying, sorry 😞

VAT is shown at checkout in line with UK e-commerce regulations, and we do state on all pricing that it’s listed ex-VAT. A large portion of our customers are businesses who claim this back, but we completely understand how clearer visibility earlier in the process would be helpful. We’ll take this on board.
Regarding delivery, due to the nature of our products, we have to ship under specific conditions, and we use fully tracked services to keep orders safe and reliable. The postage charge is simply the rate we pay to our shipping partners — and in some cases, we actually pay more than the customer does.
