Kiss and fly's reply to my review is a lie, they have no desire to try and resolve this with me. I have been on the phone over 10 plus times with them and they continue to deny me any chance of help. WestJet says they never even attempted to request a refund with them..absolute scammy behaviour.
I requested to cancel a booking for flights just a mere 20 minutes after it was made. I called up to Kissandfly and requested to get the booking cancelled. At the time the booking was not yet even approved yet by WestJet, and the agent made it sound like there should be no issue with cancelling it. So I booked the other set of flights that I wanted to change to and didn't want to let that deal disappear on me (yes my mistake to not waiting for the first booking to be resolved) Kissandfly came back to me the next day and said no its not possible and are refusing to help me fight for any refund.
WestJet has a 24 hour no questions asked cancellation policy but the booking agent is just saying it doesn't apply because I booked with them - WestJet when talking with them seem to think I should of been able to get this refunded in that first day like I attempted to do...
WestJet has told me that they have 0 records of any attempt/request made to get a refund ever being made by Kissandfly. They have just been stalling as long as possible in essence stealing from me - withholding my money for a service I cannot use. I believe I gave perfect notice to cancel - I have gone out of my way to try and make this hassle free. I have begun a dispute with my credit card, but that wont begin until after 30 days from the transaction.. so after the flights will be happening. I just want someone to fight for me and try to help me out. WestJet has told me to get kissandfly to call their travel agent support line to discuss - but it does not appear that kissandfly is making any attempt to do so and no one from either kissandfly or WestJet is willing to try and be of assistance. Basically just saying bad luck buddy, here's a life lesson in don't trust anyone to help you out.
So TLDR. I begun to try get this stopped 20 mins after pressing go. Its been now 14 days of fighting with them - Don't ever book with Kissandfly.com... and don't expect a billion dollar company like WestJet to have any ability to advocate for you.

Booked a ticket with this site 10 minutes after the payment is confirmed. Instead of getting the tickets I receive a mail that the tickets are cancelled and a refund will be issued within 24-48 hours. After contacting customer service multiple times they still making up excuses to not send me the refund. It is now already 2 weeks and still waiting for my refund. I would not recommend KISS AND FLY they are really dishonest I would stay far away from them never making this mistake again.

9BEWARE! KISS&FLY COMPANY IS A SCAM! I WOULD GIVE 0 STAR if possible. I reserved one way tickets with Kiss&Fly & this company takes your money & they never issue the flight ticket.
When you receive an email confirmation, be prepared to have your flight rescheduled. When you'll call for help, they will pretend to help you by sending you a new flightitinerarybut will never release the ticket & so on. Then, they will stop answering because the have call ID with refers to your dossier.
I could have reserved at a much lower price but they will keep you in a hope until prices goes high in the last days. What a nightmare even with multiple call. Flight leaving in 2 hours and still no ticket.
I really hope this helps to prevent people from getting scammed by Kiss&Fly.

I booked a flight through them, and on the day of departure, I received an email prompting me to check in online. However, when I attempted to check in, I was unable to do so. Concerned, I called the airline directly before heading to the airport and discovered that someone from the Kiss and Fly team had canceled my ticket days earlier—without my knowledge or consent.
As a result, I was unable to travel that day. When I contacted Kiss and Fly’s customer service, they were not only unhelpful but also dismissive, even laughing when I asked to be rebooked on another flight. I was left waiting for hours with no clear answer as to whether I could be rebooked that same day or the next.
Ultimately, I had no choice but to purchase a last-minute ticket through another provider, which cost nearly twice as much as my original booking. I then initiated a refund request with Kiss and Fly, which took several days to process—unreasonably slow given the situation.
They did refund the original amount (which is the least they could do). Since then, I have been trying to recover the price difference between my original ticket and the new one, but they are refusing my request.
Below is the email I receive from the airline company they originally booked me on (proof they are engaging in fraudulent business practices):

From Alaska Airlines:
Ticket # 0272136698962 under Confirmation Code MKWKFL was purchased on 03/09/2026 for $5.60 plus 17,500 Atmos Rewards points. A refund for this ticket was requested and issued on 03/12/2026, with all fares paid going back to the original form of payment.
We did not receive any payment from an authorized third-party travel agency to purchase this ticket. For recouping any costs, we suggest contacting your bank directly for next steps.
As always, thank you for flying with us. We hope you'll give us the opportunity to exceed your expectations on another flight.

The round trip ticket we purchased did not exist upon check-in at the airport. We called Kissandfly customer service and they said they could not fix the ticket in time for the flight and to go ahead and purchase a new ticket at the airline counter (almost double the price) and to get on the plane. Had to attend Grandfathers funeral. Missing the flight was not an option. Kissandfly said to save the receipt for the new flight and they would reimburse me. I asked them to make sure the return flight was valid and they assured me it would be fixed by my return flight. Upon an early online checking before the return flight I discovered that the return flight ticket was also invalid. Had to call many many times only to speak with a nice lady who simple said they need time and I would have to wait. I waited the entire day and they sent a new valid ticket at 11:45pm the night before a 7:00am flight the next morning. They took till 7 hrs before the flight to fix the ticket that they knew was invalid and paid for for 3 days.

Terrible experience. Bought tickets, was cancelled after 10h, even flight took in place and after our cancellation they still offered them. Now it is 15 days, still wainting for refund, communicaton it awful, cos i have to talk with 6 service organization and each blame each other. NEVER MORE. Choose anyonelse. But don´t refund full price 43 727,54 Kč, which i wrote you 5 days ago with any answer. And if you compare payment 1 min vs. refund 14 days and counting with many things you want to evena start with and i am not talking about deep investigation, how and who may i ask for refund.
