Great Experience

I was kinda worried because all of the reviews I read online but I had a great experience buying with them and also through their Call Centre after a problem trying to pay my tickets in a Mexican national flight with Aeroméxico (tho I think they don't have Spanish support agents through phone, so keep that in mind). I had them booked in less than an hour after I payed them and synced to the airline app after that! Great experience.

Efficient solutions to the problem

Today I've bought a flight tickets for my journey but unfortunately after two hours due to unexpected circumstances I had to resign it.

Added charges I never agreed to

Added charges I never agreed to. Specifically a 12.99 fee to text me if there was a flight delay which the airline lists on their app for free and a 67.99 refund guarantee which I never requested.

When I reached out to customer service they told me everything was non refundable and they would reach out to their support team and request assistance but I never heard back. They also told me that everything was chosen by me which is false. Their website auto populates additional fees and if you miss one you’re paying extra.

I have submitted the requested information and will update the review accordingly after hearing back from merchant

Amount charged was higher than the one shown on the website

I bought tickets through the website, where a certain price was displayed. However, after making the payment and checking my credit card statement, I noticed that the amount charged was higher than the one shown on the website, in my order history, and in the confirmation email I received.
I felt wronged and will no longer purchase tickets using this website.
For those who have the “courage” to continue using it, I strongly recommend paying close attention to the charges.

This is also the amount that was communicated to you by email and confirmed by you.

In such cases, an additional difference may sometimes appear due to your bank’s currency conversion or transaction processing rules. Therefore, based on the results of our check, no error was found on our side.

Bait and switch for booking a flight. Throughout the booking process it was made clear that ONE BAG was included with our flight -- nothing suspect since LATAM tends to include bags on all international flights.
Only upon checkout is it clear that ONE BAG actually meant one Personal item and NO BAGS. They then charge $90 for each actual bag.

Therefore, there was no error on our side. Your booking was issued in accordance with the fare selected and the additional services purchased.

We would also like to note that the information stating that the fare included only one personal item per passenger was displayed on our website from the beginning of the booking process. We show this information to customers at the time of selection, while checked baggage remains an optional extra service that may be added by the purchaser if needed.

After reviewing your case, we would like to clarify that at the moment we attempted to issue your tickets, unfortunately, we did not receive confirmation from the airline that seats were still available on the selected flight under the fare you had chosen. For this reason, we were unable to complete the ticket issuance and had to cancel the booking.

Regarding the payment, we would also like to reassure you that the funds were not charged by our company. They were only temporarily blocked on your bank card to verify the card’s validity and payment ability. After we were unable to issue your tickets, the amount was released back on the same day, and it should already be reflected in your bank account.

If the funds are still not visible on your side, we kindly recommend contacting your bank’s customer support for clarification. We have already sent you a document by email that you may provide to your bank in order to check the status of the transaction.

At the same time, we can see in the system that after the unsuccessful booking, a new reservation was created and the tickets for that booking were successfully issued by our side.

Good and efficient customer support

The app made my booking a lot easier and cheaper. Later on I decided to add an extra trolley and the customer support was so sweet and helpful (props to Kate Miller😊) and answered all of my questions. Everything went smoothly!
