I really like Kit. I find it easy to navigate. The support is very responsive. And there is so much available to help grow my business.

The support is very responsive, and the help pages actually help. If Kit weren't so expensive, I'd give it the full 5 stars.

If there is anything wrong, it is not your fault. I’m poor with tech etc. I need to learn lots more. Eg, I can’t get into my website -

Instructions are always close at hand and clear and easy to follow. All the tools I need to create attractive newsletters are readily available. Re-sending to non-openers is fabulous.

I'm so happy I switched to Kit very early on when starting my business. I loved them back then for how easy it was to have multiple forms such as various freebies on different blog posts and it's crazy to think how far they've come in these 10 years since I switched to Kit (ConvertKit at the time). They've added a wealth of features that have only increased the ease of use. They also really listen to feedback and continue to release features. In 2025 they released so many updates and I kept cheering for each one. I think the main reason I like them is that Kit is straightforward and easy to use. It does what I need it to do and is the core of what grows my business. Most importantly they take great care to keep their sender reputation high so the deliverability on my emails is awesome. I have 60-65% open rates with a list of 49k. The founder, Nathan Barry, is innovative and forward-thinking and has surrounded himself with an awesome team.

When I started my second business and first email list, Kit (Convertkit then) was one of the top recommended ESPs. And although Kit didn't have a free plan at the time, I immediately jumped in and starting paying for a teenie tiny list. It was so worth it. The robust tagging and segmenting features make it easy to separate subscribers by interest, purchases, goals, and so much more.

But the rules and automations make my life so much easier considering I sell 75+ digital products and promote multiple freebies. Even though Kit has gone up in price, I'll still keep paying because the marketing it allows me to do that other platforms don't. Most all the money I have made over the last 7 years, has been because of Kit.

While it’s easy to use Kit, my open rates and click rates are never very good.

The support staff in chat is wonderful and they always make me feel they are willing to help no matter what!

They constantly publish new features and do this is a contemporary way if we speak about UI/UX side. I simply enjoy using it.

Apart from that, the also constantly ask for feedback, communicate with their clients and that's important.

The chat support usually answers in a few minutes 24x7.

We have an family owned niche business that sends emails once a week. We had been with constant contact for years and watched our rates go up and up as they added more options we just did not need but were paying for. The bills got so high we decided it was time to find another option.

We found Kit and figure we would give it a "try". Constant Contact was so easy to use and familiar I just did not feel Kit would be able to fill their shoes.

We have been with Kit for almost a year now and the support is INCREDABLE!!! You want to talk about under promise and over deliver? If we ever run into an issue we chat with a human. Someone that is understands my challenge with a basic explanation, is knowledgeable, and respectful of my time as a business owner which is WAY more than I can say about Constant Contact

We use Kit for our email campaigns. I've even started using the email campaigns as Facebook posts because they post incredibly well. They have clickable images that I can control, with headlines I can control look better than any unpaid post I tried to put together on Facebook.

Kit is always updating their platform, adding new app integration, sharing helpful advice and completely focused on customer feedback, support and ease of use. I wish we found them years ago.

Fantastic customer service, you can really tell that the customer comes first.

I like it and it’s very easy to navigate. My only issue is that it doesn’t have a clickable table of contents and that’s something I really need.

Love what you offer, and when I need to be clear with my understanding, you come through with a good explanation. You always overdeliver!

Kit has become one of the most integral pieces in my B2B communications. I've had to speak to support several times, and on each occasion I got brilliant, timely and effective advice. Exactly what you want as a paying customer.

This trash of a platform hides the fees from you and then doesn't let you delete your profile. Avoid it!

Kit has been a steady growth boost for my business. Automations that save time, product to help me sell and market my stuff, an easy email builder, free list-growth through their creator profile, and truly great service. It’s a tool I rely on and recommend often.

Kit is easy to navigate and use. I love the functionality of segmenting my list, as well as being able to offer multiple opt-ins and sequences to different segments of my list. It's gotten increasingly easier to make beautiful, too, which I love!

Kit has been great. The learning curve is not very steep. So I was able to understand it reasonably fast. I am loving the recommendation feature. Helps me gain subscribers from other creators. Lovely!

I've been using Kit since 2014. When I switched from MailChimp to Kit (ConvertKit back then), I immediately felt like it was the best decision I'd ever made... and that still continues to be true till this day.

Kit has simplified creating email funnels, landing pages, and being able to sell my products on the fly.

I use tagging and segmentation daily, and I love the Creator Network.

The only annoying part is that to access full analytics, you've got to upgrade to a higher tier...

But everything else I could possibly need and want in an email marketing platform is at my fingertips.

Kit has everything I need to power my small, very niche business. While I haven't yet used half of what the platform offers, it's reassuring to know that when I'm ready to add something new to my business or revise my strategy, Kit will help me get there.
