Disgusting scammers
Had the same experience as everyone but if you have paid by credit card, do send a claim to them. Didn’t expect anything from visa but did get a refund even though it was under £100. Takes about a month and you need to send emails, proof of purchase etc but got my money refunded. We can all fall for for a ‘bargain’
Don’t think they are still trading and learned my lesson to research before I buy. If it seems too good to be true….

Do NOT use this company. It is a scam, they take your money but do not deliver anything.

I reported this company to the fraud team and citizens advice can’t believe it’s still on the internet

SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! TAKE THE P !! Absolutely disgraceful I ordered an air fryer back in October and hayhoe it still hasn't arrived shameful company emailed them got a couple of replies and as soon as I said I'm going to my bank to get a case opened they stop daily emailing me so I'm still no air fryer s*** company do not use oh and they tried to take another payment of 60quid lucky my bank stopped due to case open!! Do these people even care 🤔 AWFUL AWFUL 😖 the company kept saying that my product had been passed to their sister company that was in Spain laugh out loud gave me a tracking number which said it had hit the UK ok and absolutely nothing for days weeks contacted them constantly oh and good old Samantha avoid at all costs

SCAM ordered hoover in Oct for Xmas present said delayed email from Samantha saying would update, no update not arrived tried emailing just bounce back lost £100 Shameful

ORdered an air fryer for my 73 yr old mum for xmas...took the payment, never got the goods, just false promises (samatha offering free shipping, Jamie oliver book etc).
How can these websites just stay up and take our money and scam us...surely there is a way to get them investigated and taken down

i'Am going through a Visa card claim against them for non-delivery of an item. This company is a scam - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I have ordered a Kitchen stand mixer for £69.99 via the clearance sale on their website. The order went through, payment was taken from my account and I received a confirmation email stating my order has been confirmed. I also received an email stating my order is processing. I then received an email stating the item I purchased was out of stock, and they have contacted their supplier and the supplier has more of the item available. They ordered stock and were offering 20% off the product. They also offered 24/48 hour delivery for free, as well as a cook book for free, which is usually worth £18. I accepted this offer and they sent me an email with tracking details. For about 2 weeks the tracking details were showing the same thing. I then emailed them to ask them what is going on with the order. The next day, I went to track the parcel from the link they sent me, the tracking link was broken. I then tried to contact them multiple times via email, but I have received no response. My money has been taken as a result of fraud. I also read a couple of reviews on trustpilot, saying the exact same thing that had happened to me. Many people have been scammed as a result of this company.

I ordered a tower air fryer on 25th October
Kept waiting on updates as it just said processing.
Emailed them which I got a reply from Samantha with same story I have seen other people tell. It’s coming back into stock in around 18 days..blah blah if I go on waiting list I will get a further 20% off and a cook book so I said great! Tried after a month had past and no reply..don’t answer phone…
I wished I’d looked on here before ordering..I’m so angry and make the best of it! Website still live! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Hope nobody else falls for her ****

Same experience as others .. various delay emails then told dispatched from Spain but never received. Tracking site was also fake as it no longer exists. Reported to Actionfraud

Disaster. Ordered a dough machine. First been told no stock available and due soon. Waited ... stock arrived finally but never received it. They told me order has been dispatched. Still no goods received. No one is responding via emails or call doesn't get connected. So disappointed.

Also another customer who has been scammed.
Samantha does respond to emails the first 2 times and then you are ignored. its shocking that this has been allowed to happen.

Can I suggest that customers report this as a crime to actionfraud. (Do an Internet search).
It’s a bit of a faff to sign up, but the more people who report it, the more likely the website will be taken down.

Do NOT buy from this company, it’s a scam, I received same emails as others on here and received nothing, no response from them!
Luckily I’m with Natwest and they have refunded me while they investigate, and if proven fraud I get to keep my refund.

Just read through everyone's reviews and I guess I'm 1 of the thousands that has been scammed, I also bought vax hoover and also been told its not in stock and being sent a Jamie Oliver Cook book and 20%discount and then told it coming from Spain!! No response from emails and not answering phone calls AVOID AT ALL COSTS ,COMPLETELY SCAMMED

I also ordered an air fryer told the same no stock if I waited get a free cook book & extra 10% off back in October wi t answer calls emails or site contact tracking site now not even coming up how can they get away with this

Out of pocket a scam website don't touch them, lost £110 on Vacum was told not in stocks would arrive in 6 days with a further 20% discount plus Jamie Oliver cookbook worth £17:99 they d on't answer phones or emails.How on earth do they get away with it, DISGUSTED

scam scam scam steer clear the other reviews are right on the button ordered a airfryer told it was out of stock and i would get another delivered in 3 weeks well it has past the 3 weeks and the delivery date they said has long gone past they do not answer the phone or emails i even used there contact us page but no answer so spend the few extra pennies on amazon or ebay it is a scam from start to end

Same happened to me,69.99 out of pocket. I was told same story,out of stock,we will get one from spain. Inhave emailed and rang to get no reply. I have googled the address on Google map,it looks like some old run down house.

Wish I had seen this site earlier...exactly the same as others...placatory emails re out of stock,,,then Spanish carrier with tracking number showing an expected delivery date... then nothing- no replies to emails and telephone number not recognised by network! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I contacted my debit card company who have issued a temp chargeback and will attempt contact with company and if product forthcoming they will recover the chargeback...Never thought I could be scammed- website looks so professional...Good luck to all others for a satisfactory resolution.
