Money was debited out of account to their account the found out about them as I was also signed up but had 0% knowledge of who they are or even do.

Be very very careful of them, and hope to see a stop to these scammers who hack your account helping themselves to your hard earned money.

What makes my experience great that after my frustration in negotiating with the service customer team with no avail of refund , finally Carmen the head of Escalation team was able to recognize and reconsider that there was a mistake in my case and she is prompt in contacting me in many ways and talked to me by phone personally with my case to consider the refund. I am grateful for her consideration and her honesty. Hoping there are more personnel like Carmen who really investigate the process and cases of their customers.

I think the company will make attention in social media if there's someone using their platforms for intended scam like what had happen to me. I click the link and ordered online a luggage but this item never delivered to me until now. While the kitchen club company continued to transfer the fund from my credit card to their account. Thanks to Carmen for her deligent work.
