The upstand was filthy and scratched
The product was filthy, the plastic covers were ripped and the uosyand was quite badly scratched as a consequence

hi Michelle so sorry to hear this. i know the items were on the sale at a very low price but they should not have left the warehouse if the were so bad. i can see the order was sent out for delivery on the 26th but we have no record of you contacting us to say the items were not satisfactory.
once again we apologies for this . and we will also give you a 10% refund.

Only complaint is communication emails…
Only complaint is communication emails sent and phone calls made as needed delivery date confirmed to make sure someone was in as had 2 dates, also was not clear if that was when they got the item or we did. They did not respond at all until the night before it was being delivered. This is not enough time to ask people to be available if I wasn't and to book time off work.
