Sent sink without matching tap. Useless!
Had a matching tap and sink ordered! You discovered you did not actually have the tap you took money for.. Then decided to send the sink without informing the customer! Causing a whole kitchen fitting to be put on hold. Which was to be fitted before Christmas.
There's no excuse for this, as you discovered there was no matching tap before sending. Yet didn't bother to mention it. Left it for the customer to call up after delivery. Customer care has failed here!

POOR COMMUNICATION
I purchased a kitchen tap from your website earlier this week,Tuesday 3rd, on the understanding it would be delivered within 48 hrs. I’ve had a payment confirmation from ‘world pay’ but nothing from yourselves. I’ve emailed your sales address and the email bounced back to me.
I’ve repeatedly called your number and left voice msgs, which no ones responded to!!!!
Could someone please contact me with regards to this matter as I need it to complete a kitchen fit this weekend!!!

Very helpful customer service and delivery driver kept me informed to when the worktops would arrive. Very pleased with the zenith compact worktops and a fantastic price. The only negative was after talking to customer services operator I then had to place my order on line!!
