Searching for a splash back

Searching for a splash back, that was out of stock almost all over the UK, and was given this companies number by the manufacturer.
What a very helpful lady I spoke to and dealt with at Kitchens in stock.
Ordered it online and collected from them, again on arrival very helpful and wasn't waiting more than five minutes for my item to be brought to my van to help with loading.

Great new Kitchen Sink

I found the sink we wanted on line at a number of outlets but the price was best from Kitchens Instock. Unfortunately it was out of stock when I did my search, so I called and was advised it was due in the following day. True to the word it was and I got it ordered, even with the delivery price I saved over £50.00 on other outlet prices. The delivery was quick and the company who shipped it handled it really well. the first delivery this year I have had where the packaging was perfect and so were the contents. Thank you Kitchens Instock.

You would not deliver to my address

Five stars for stocking the exact worktop I was searching for but NO STARS because you would not deliver to my home address - I had to pay for delivery to my brother's house and then had the extra expense and trouble of driving to West Sussex to pick it up. You could not justify your refusal to deliver to Kent apart from saying you had decided not to.

Sent wrong sample then when I ordered my product they sent the wrong one. I had to then wait for another delivery day which caused me to rearrange the kitchen fitter
