Very helpful staff

Very helpful staff, although had to travel a five miles to collect from a different address as our postcode was not listed as a delivery point.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, with very pleasant manner. Delivery extremely quick. Best value for the tap I wanted of all the sites online and much cheaper than most. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

Good outcome at the end.

In overall, I am happy with the service I received especially the driver who delivered my item was very polite and helpful. A real gentleman.
The only disappoinment was the communication with the sale office that I called on the day of delivery for enquiry. After trying for multiple times and leaving messages and asking to be called back, no one either picked the phone or called back ever.
May be it was a one off situation.
Any way, I received my order quite promptly and I am happy with the service.

the 900 worktop was damaged in transit…

the 900 worktop was damaged in transit i thought at the time it was just one corner but after cutting to size I realized there was damage to the front edge even though it had cardboard protection i have taken photos of damage and will be making a claim
