Free UK delivery over £60
Tracked delivery by Royal Mail in 3-5 working days is FREE for all orders over £60, and just £4 for orders under £60. Express delivery by Royal Mail in 1-2 working days is £7. Order by 3 pm Monday and Friday for same day despatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund as long as the garments are in their original condition and with labels intact.

Kindest team and superb quality
I ordered a whole bunch of clothes on sales and they were all the wrong sizes. Not only kite team allowed me to return them but also went out of their way to find replacement for me when the summer clothes were not anymore on the website
The team is super friendly helpful and kind and the quality of clothes is superb. I have been their customer for few years now

Good quality children's garments
Purchased two children's garments, both were good quality and looked wonderful, however I ordered an age 6 T-shirt for my grandson who is a tall slim 4/5 year old and found it fitted, but I was hoping to get another year out of it, so sizing maybe inconsistent.My granddaughter's leggings were perfect . Ordering and delivery were great.

We’re so sorry the T-shirt wasn’t as roomy as you’d hoped. It’s a style we’ve made for many seasons, but we understand you were hoping he’d have more growing room and appreciate the dissapointment this must have caused. We include both age and height guidance on our children’s clothing to help with choosing a size online, and your feedback is really helpful as we continue to review how clearly we present this.
