Tracked delivery by Royal Mail in 3-5 working days is FREE for all orders over £60, and just £4 for orders under £60. Express delivery by Royal Mail in 1-2 working days is £7. Order by 3 pm Monday and Friday for same day despatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund as long as the garments are in their original condition and with labels intact.

Not happy after washing
I only kept 1 item from my order. It was a loose top. I was very disappointed after it was washed. It seemed to stretch after washing, which made it big on me. Lucky I bought in the sale, it was still £24. Glad I didn’t pay full price

‘GOTS’ approved Organic Cotton Leggings
I was pleased with the GOTS approved Organic Cotton Leggings, but I wished I’d been advized to get them a size larger than the website measurements suggested as I’m not sure if they’ll shrink a bit in the wash. The waistband is a bit wide.
[GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard): The gold standard for organic textiles. It requires at least 70% to 95% organic fibers, bans toxic chemical inputs and GMOs, enforces strict wastewater treatment, and includes social labor criteria like fair wages.]

Make sure your return instructions are clear!
Purchased a quilted jacket ( in the sale) which was lovely but too big. Returned using slip saying reason for return and requesting a smaller size or, if not available, a refund. Refund came reasonably promptly but I was slightly irritated when I checked to find the jacket still available in a small size.
