I had to change the address on my order. It was quick and simple. After providing proof of my new address they were able to switch the shipping address in my order. I was very happy with the experience.

Best customer service ever. KITH went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a misdelivered package that was never recovered. I can go on and on about how understanding and patient they were with me. They responded in a timely manner. It was HONESTLY unbelievable how much effort they put into my claim. I told them because FedEx would expect customers to just give up and move on..I will never give up pursuing this claim with FedEx. They literally took the ride with me and W/O them, my money wouldn't have ever been refunded.

Terrible customer service.. Received the wrong item and the customer service told me that it was the correct "shoes" I ordered. Even though it was a jacket. Not sure if it is AI customer service. Now they don't reply to my emails.
I was hesitant to order here because of the Trustpilot reviews and I should have listened to the people.....
Haven't heard back about the whole case and they charged my account around 405 EUR.

My shirt arrived damaged. The customer service team was quick to address the issue and provide me with a solution. I’m very pleased with the experience.

So disappointed with the customer service. After returning a jacket the first time round due to sizing, I was allocated a gift voucher to redeem rather than a refund. Obviously this was minus shipping expenses (To the UK) so already a lesser amount. Frustratingly the jacket was now out of stock so I opted for a sweatshirt and a T instead….again paying additional shipping on the new items. This was received but frustratingly the sizing was wrong again. Knowing another return was going to have further shipping costs I thought it reasonable to ask for a refund (minus the return costs). This has been met with a ‘not our policy to refund’ with no other consideration. Im now in a position where the 350 dollar jacket I initially purchased has cost me so much in shipping I’m left with less than half with nothing to show for it. My only option is to try and sell it on…..all I wanted was my money back, is that too much to ask?!
Such a shame as I love the brand and quality - living in the UK makes it hard as there is no store to try things on. An expensive shame! I’m sure I’ll get a generic response below!

The company values you as a customer and provides you with top notch customer service. They underdstand your concerns and addresses them in a timely manner. Best of all, the quality of their products are well made and always has fresh releases!
Ordered a pair of trainers, on their website, it states that the they’re in women’s sizes so, I ordered accordingly. Received the wrong size, rather than a EU 44 I got a EU 45.5 ie sizing is in men’s and not women’s. Shipping fee is non refundable and size is now sold out.

I reached out to customer support on Wednesday late afternoon and received a response within the hour! I thought I would hear back the next business day but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response. Natasha was super helpful and made it such a pleasant experience for me.
I want to start this by saying I am a huge fan of the brand. The reason I am complaining is the online services that Kith provides. I have been to the Paris store and it was nothing short of amazing. Living in the UK I mostly need to buy online, as buying from the only shop that sells Kith doesn’t help at all here as you gain no points. With that said, I ordered online multiple times and almost every time something happened. A few times I paid for the order in full and items were taken out, which I was refunded for, but I could have been contacted about the lack of supply, to maybe change that into something that they did have in stock. There was an instance where I ordered a few things, one of which was a pair of socks, ehich they no longer had in stock. I would have 100% appreciated being contacted to see if I want another pair for the same price, instead of having to put in another other and pay a further shipping cost just for a pair of socks. This last time I ordered a pair of shoes, size 11. Of course I was sent the size 11 US instead of 11 UK, of course should have thought in the UK, or Europe, you have to look at a website at US shoe sizes (who does that?). Every time I contacted customer service I receive very dull replies, no service recovery whatsoever, and it always negatively impacted my experience. Again this is a shame being such a fan of the brand. You also have to chase them to get a reply, which is quite sad as well. I always try to get points on the app by ordering different things but a lot of times the app doesn’t even catch up (for example getting extra points for ordering 3 Monday Program orders). It’s very unfortunate, and I would recommend to all to just buy in store where possible.

I think kith has a hard time understanding that people do read the faq and the terms. And the draw may be random. But if u allow 34% bots and people doing ip swaps to enter the draw my chances go from fair to absolutely 0%. They think they have a system that is flawless and they don't. You can look up any app that does raffle and they tell you most likely you're gonna have around 34% bots. That's why a lot of actual sneaker stores went back to providing loyal customers with releases and then letting the rest sale first come first serve. Either way I've entered multiple raffles and never won. Their staff are rude and have no knowledge how the raffle even works. The fact that the owner of kith don't understand or look into how rigged raffles are due to scammer and hacker is totally in kith. So the more I spread word and the less people trust them is 100% on kith. Reward the loyal customers like every other store. Stop acting like yall are so much better than me when I write support with a issue. That chip on the shoulder will be gone soon. Stop disrespecting high spending customers and reward them. They're who keeps those stores open. I don't need to learn more. I'm the one with the facts and all they can say over and over is we're sorry. I'm sorry too. Sorry that your app is flawed and allows people to enter raffles as many times as they'd like.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with Kith. After returning two items, I was told that only one item was received. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve the issue, the customer service team has been dismissive and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, they actually asked me to provide a video of myself packing the return as proof — which is absolutely ridiculous. Who records themselves packing a return? Meanwhile, they have offered no evidence on their side to support their claim that only one item was received. No footage from their warehouse, no proof of a damaged or opened package — nothing.
Adding to the frustration, they have ignored my messages and emails for days at a time, showing no urgency whatsoever in resolving the issue. The lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable.
As a loyal customer who has spent a considerable amount with Kith, this experience has made it clear how little they value their customers. I am now out of pocket, with no sign of a resolution.
I strongly advise anyone considering shopping with Kith to think twice. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect them to stand by their customers. It’s evident they prioritise their bottom line over doing what’s right.
I will not order from here again which is a shame as it has been my favourite brand in most recent years.

Avoid this company at all cost. Completely misleading. I never received my order after waiting over three weeks, even though the website claimed it would ship within seven days. Since I was leaving the country, I tried to cancel, but Kith refused. I opened a dispute with my credit card company, and they came up with a nonsense excuse to deny my refund—for items I never even got. Their clothing is overpriced and low quality, and their customer service is absolutely terrible. Oh, and they don’t even have a phone support line. Their customer service is just lame as FCK. They don’t deserve business. BTW I visited the kith store and found same clothes that I ordered and guess what??! I’m freaking glad that item was never sent! Such a poor quality clothes! I’ll never buy anything from KITH. SHADY.
