Great quality furniture, easy to assemble, quick delivery and excellent customer service. Everything I had hoped for and more. Can not recommend enough.

I required a more stable, and subtantial "work desk", having hunted around for awhile hit upon these people, images looked good, price(s) reasonable etc., so took the plunge. Am very happy with the desk, and price of next day delivery charge. Will use again once, have the wifes home work area sorted.

The office chair we recently bought is perfect for our needs. The staff at Blue Spot could not have been more helpful when answering my questions and the delivery arrived bang on time. A really positive experience all round many thanks!

We ordered 2 items from Bluespot, the delivery was superb, a biggish consignment and the delivery driver was cheery and helpful. Furniture arrived on time and in first class outer packaging. We mistakenly thought both items were pre-assembled. However, building the cabinet was straight forward and easy to follow. Both items of furniture are excellent, really like the colour! Very pleased with the purchase.

Delivery was on time and received in perfect condition. Quality of the furniture exceeded expectations. Simple assembly and very sturdy. Happy with service all around and will not hesitate to order again in future.

The delivery arrived early on the day expected, which was great. Both units look really lovely. It took some time to put the smaller unit together and the sliding door is a tad sticky when opening and closing. The instruction booklets could be a little clearer. Overall, very satisfied with the product and our office area looks very professional.

Light cheap tape across this box so the screws were hanging off and one I had to pick from the road outside my house!! Took me longer to build table looking for screws, I'm lucky I found the screws!! The delivery man could see the bad packaging work done. I should have had free delivery extra money off for bad packaging. Not happy, I would not recommend to any one in this case. I'm being totally honest thats all

The service I received from bluespot was excellent.
I had problems with the drawer on the desk, but it was resolved without fuss.

I ordered a desk for our home office. The item arrived quickly and was well-packaged. It is a large desk and I am very happy with the quality. It's very solid and stable and looks amazing.

Great desk, delivered quickly and when we were expecting it. Packaged well, all in good order. Easy to put together and nice and sturdy.

Only problem with the whole experience was the slow loading on the web site but apart from that everything else is perfect. Good quality products. Office now looks great!

Fast service and lovely table that was easy to assemble

Ordered 2 cantilever desks which arrived very quickly in a van packed safely and thoroughly.
It took about 20 minutes to set the desks up, they are sturdy and brilliant in all aspects. Enjoying them since.

The staff very helpful when ordering .When it arrived , instructions incomplete , no fittings or guide as to how to affix the top. Nowhere to attach the door to. A pity, as it looked compact and easy to assemble on the website .

Customer Service was exceptional, Spoke to Mandy she's probably the most helpful person I have ever encountered in Customer Service. The production team on the other hand needs a revisit they made a table which doesn't fit the legs I don't know how that's even possible.

We placed an order for two desks, a Kaleidoscope R8 Light and a Oak woodgrain Valoir Panel End Desk with single pedestal. We were very impressed by the wide range of desks on offer from Bluespot and the prices seems very reasonable.
The desks are made in the UK and the people at Bluespot were very helpful when I rang them.
Delivery was made on the day promised.
The quality of the desks is very impressive and they look excellent. We would definitely recommend this company and its products

Avoid this company at all costs. You will be left with a gigantic pallet kerbside that may be too heavy and problematic to dispose of. Customer service consists of highlighting a term buried in its terms and conditions warning you of this. Deeply unsatisfactory.

If you are elderly or living on your own avoid this company like the plague! We ordered a desk and chair costing in excess of £950. During the ordering process we made explicit reference to living on the 4th floor of an apartment block but were also clear we had a lift. At no point were we made aware that delivery was 'kerb side'. I'm 65 and my partner is 67. On the day of delivery we were notified by the delivery driver that our delivery was "in the car park". When we went down we were told that the large wooden pallet containing heavy boxes weapped heavily in polythene would be "dropped" in the car park. When I complained I was told by the driver that he'd take the items back "undelivered" as it wasn't his fault that we'd not been informed of delivery. I asked if we could unload the items off of the large pallet so he could take that back. He refused and was completely unhelpful. We were left with a packed pallet in the middle of the car park which had to be unpacked and each of the heavy items carried through numerous doors into a lift and then again through doors to our 4th floor apartment. We are not young and the numerous journeys carrying heavy boxes was not appreciated or expected. Obviously we would not have made the order if we had been informed of the 'kerb side' delivery. Nobody in their right mind would spend this sort of money to be left with a pallet full of heavy goods in a car park! Please buyers beware if you are elderly or live alone this company has no concern for you once they've taken your money. I wrote and complained to them and said I'd wait for their reply before posting a review. They never even bothered to acknowledge the complaint. Tells you all you need to know really.

Paid was told next day delivery did not get refund even after order cancelled the next day as they could not fulfill order then had the cheek to deliver 20 days after cancellation
