Quick Review

I ordered a bunch of furniture for my bedroom, very quick delivery and when I needed a tracking number, I called them up and the lady was very helpfull and polite. She got me the information I needed and followed up as promised, so very good customer service.

Quality of the items is good and not too badly priced. I would say some of the instructions were a bit confusing and I had a lot of spare fittings, like a huge amount. Also items arrived on a palet which is a bit of a pain to get rid of. But other than that, would recommend Bluespot Furniture and would buy from again.

Quality not what i expected.

Having ordered my furniture for my office I received a confirmation email that the order had been processed and after that, no email was received so I rang to confirm that delivery was occurring for which I received confirmation that yes it was and it was due between 10:10-12:10, this would have been good to have without chasing. The furniture arrived within the timeslot and delivered to the drive. It was well packaged, however, when opened both items had scratches on them. When I called I was requested to send pictures and once received I could have items replaced or receive a partial refund of £25, this was about 5% of the initial cost. Service from Bluespot when contacted was adequate but feel the company should have an automatic delivery confirmation sent out. The product wasn't of the quality I expected and left me disappointed.

Great service

Received the item in great order one small part was missing but the part was sent within two days and the quality of the desk is very good

Stay away from it

I only give 1 star because there's no option of Zero stars, until receive product i was really confident that was a good product, after receive package the truth come out: package arrived with carton box damaged, and like if was not enough not having item well packaged and looked old ,it was missing all the screws, and keys too, i contacted support about missing parts and been told to look around the floor, the screws and keys (like if i havent checked first before contact support!!!) , at the end had to fix it by myself , Conclusion: do not buy , unless you want be cheated like i was!!!

All boxes did not get delivered at the…

All boxes did not get delivered at the same time. We opened the boxes to find pieces were missing to then get a second delivery a few days later. However there were still fixings missing and the back part to the desk could not be attached without our own fixings.

Shoddy desk, shoddy customer service.

The desk we ordered was wrongly delivered to a neighbour. When we carried it home by hand and unpacked it, one of the panels was damaged. We didn't want it replaced as the desk was of such poor quality, wobbly and unstable. I said we would be willing to accept a partial refund - but we were offered only £25! Definitely not THAT partial, and we did not accept, preferring to just write off the experience and avoid this company in future.

We are incredibly sorry for your order being delivered to the incorrect address, this was entirely our error and is not representative of the service we aim to provide our customers. We are also sorry that upon arrival, the modesty panel of the desk was damaged, while we ensure that items are dispatched as we wish them to be received by our customers, they can sometimes get damaged during transit. We did offer you a replacement modesty panel or a partial refund of £30 for that damaged part if you would rather not receive a refund, with the understanding that you would let our customer service team know by 12pm today which option you would rather take so we could get it processed for you as soon as possible. Once again, we are very sorry that you are not happy with your product or with the resolutions that we were able to offer.

Disappointing experience..

Disappointing experience with poor customer service. I received a damaged pedestal unit which also had a non-functioning top drawer. Took multiple e-mails and a phone call to eventually get a replacement, offered a small % refund if I kept the non-functioning & damaged unit with no viable solution provided. Only willing to do the bare legal minimum, slowly, with no compensation.

Would not hesitate to recommend

- Very good customer service, answering all my queries pre-ordering quickly and politely.
- Courier company used by Kit Out My Office were excellent (KOMO - please let the courier company know this)
- Desk is superb. Very solid (and we ordered a very large desk!). It is for a home office and the colour, white desk with orange drawers looks so cheerful.
- Instructions for assembly were good. Yes it takes time to assemble but well worth the effort.
- I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Would Buy Again.

My wife and I work from home and we both needed new desks as our current ones were getting old and tired. My wife wanted something colorful whereas I wanted something more modern. Kit Out My Office had a great range to choose from so I ordered a black desk from their Vanta range with an oak door finish and my wife ordered a white desk with light green fronts. Delivery arrived next day and the driver helped me put them in the porch. Once unpacked both took us a few hours to assemble but when built they seem very sturdy. We decided to get new chairs too which only took 15 minutes to put together. I wanted to know more about the chairs we ordered so I used the chat service on their website which was very useful.

I would definitely order from them again and we will probably do so soon as we could use some more storage options in our home office.

Beautiful Office Installation

We were recently planning a full office revamp. After lots of searching for the perfect solution, we came across Kit Out My Office and their gorgeous Kaleidoscope range of furniture. It was bold in colour and perfect for our modern open plan office. We also chose to use the company's installation service. On the agreed delivery date, we received an early morning delivery from a shipping company. The fitters arrived shortly after and began bringing the furniture up to our office space. The fitting team were quick, friendly and made sure to set the furniture up exactly as we wanted. They even took away all of the packaging materials, leaving us with a fresh and beautiful new office setup. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!

ISSUES... not happy!!

Im affraid I have similar issues to the other reviewer. I ordered a desk for delivery on a Friday - waited in all day, and turned down a mornings work because of it - It didnt turn up til Monday, when I had to wait in all day again.

I emailed & asked why and they didnt know, until I spoke with the driver on the Monday and he said he couldnt get his massive lorry down our road.

Had I of been rung, I would of driven down to the end of our road (100yrds) and collected it from the driver.

Some of the boxes were partially wet with wet instructions, but the desk seems ok, so far. I had already dismantelled my husbands old desk and started to build the new one, only to find there were missing screws (not normal ones I could buy from a shop). I emailed and was told, they have been put in the post.

That was MONDAY, it is now FRIDAY, still no screws!!

My husband is now pulling his hair out because he has no desk to do his paperwork, quotes & invoices and is now running late with deadlines!

Not very happy at all, as it now looks like we will have to wait til next MONDAY before we receive the missing screws!!

£250 for a desk & I still can't put it together & its useless to us!

Things like number of screws to build the thing are basic stuff & shouldnt be missing!!!

Ridiculous Customer Service

Bought a table with next day delivery on Monday morning. Delivery didn't turn up until Thursday, sat at home waiting all day Tuesday and Wednesday for it. When I called to ask why the delivery hasn't come I got told that "it's with the delivery company so nothing to do with us". I then got given the delivery company phone number (instead of them chasing on my behalf) and got told they tried to deliver but no one was at home on Wednesday (no mention of what happened for the non-delivery on Tuesday). When I asked what time they supposedly came because I was at home all day waiting and I have cctv to prove they didn't come I got told they didn't note the time down and they don't leave any note in the door to say they tried to deliver. When I called the furniture company back to tell them this is what we have been told, and asked them why I have to do all the chasing when they have taken my money and they should ensure I get my delivery by the date their email stated (which was Tuesday), they told me it's unacceptable and that I should email the help address to complain. I emailed the help address and asked for some compensation (given this was now 72 hours after the order was placed) and they basically told me they refuse to give any compensation and all they could do is apologise for it not arriving on the Wednesday. I replied asking why it didn't arrive on Tuesday and they have ignored me totally. It is now Sunday, I have not received any email back to tell me why it wasn't delivered on Tuesday, I haven't had any apology, they are outright ignoring me. If you want a product delivered in a few days time then just go to any other company where the table is cheaper, do not buy off these cowboys who say you will get next day delivery so charge a higher price, then they take your money and deliver a few days later and refuse to take any responsibility. This is the definition of modern day theft and lack of courtesy let alone lack of taking responsibility. They are clearly only after your money, customer service means absolutely nothing to these cowboys! Avoid them!

Awesome Service

Bought 2 desks online, communication about delivery was excellent, I new exactly when they were arriving. The desks are excellent, just what I needed and very simple to assemble. Very pleased.

AWESOME Company

I brought my office furniture from KOMO as I really liked the ranges sold on their website.

I am extremely happy with their service and I would have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending John and his company to anyone else.

Brilliant and very helpful

Found this company on the internet whilst looking for a trendy desk for teenagers bedroom.
Like the fact you can pick a delivery date to suit yourself, next day offered or later dates, kept informed by text/email. Unfortunately even after checking desk on delivery we found a damaged corner, sent email with photo and they were very happy to replace with no hassle and once again could choose the date. Replacement has arrived with no damage, screws missing for drawer but after one phone call they on there way.
Very helpful staff, nothing to much trouble, would definitely recommend and would use again.
