Absolutely poor communication. Ordered a bergen to deploy on exercise. Stated on ebay 48hr delivery. I contacted them on the 3rd working day. To be told it hadn't been dispatched and was sitting in there pick up area and that that the bergen would still be sent as they dont drive and the lock up was 7 miles away. I was then told there courier service fedex. Don't post on weekends so it would be a week by then and I wouldnt recieve it in time. I even told them they should adjust there delivery estimates on ebay. I was told my only option would be to purchase another one and they would put it through DPD. It was an absolute pelava! A headache from start to finish. They even admitted in there words. "We fell short this time", but judging by reviews its not just this time. I then ended up buying another bergen to get it in time as they told me this would be the only option even though as per the details i ordered with ample time. So i ended up buying another bergen through there website which ended up being a lot cheaper aswell. I then had to get my missus to send the original bergen back cause that eventually arrived when i was away. The only positive is that even though its the worst communication/purchase ive done with any company that the product itself is actually decent. Also the person who was replying on ebay on behalf of the company came across as dry and often one worded replies. Hence the 2 star recommendation. It would be 5 star if it wasn't such a shit show for communication and poor estimated delivery.

I received the package about 10 minutes ago. The backpack looks great and I can't wait to inaugurate it.
Regarding the courier company, I'm referring to UPS, I would prefer not to deal with them in the future, I prefer DHL Express, even though the shipping fees are higher, but they are professional in terms of communication, status updates and customs formalities.
Otherwise, let's hear good things 😉👍

Sadly, I didn't get the same experience as others. I ordered online and only got a response via Facebook messenger having tried WhatsApp and email to be unsuccessful. I was told a group had come in and cleared out the product I had ordered. Despite chasing via various channels after 2 weeks I requested a refund. Feedback1: improve customer communicate, you offer WhatsApp, and email but nobody replies. Feedback 2: Don't prioritise online orders to walk in customers. Committ to your orders.
I wanted to support local ecom and not buy from Amazon but this turned sour.
Overall I felt ghosted during the two weeks and compelled to let others know.

Top bit of kit bought to go treking and wild camping. So bought the Pathfinder mk2 bergan in green. Got it in the sale so even better. Love the storage space and the quality of build. Wish i had one whislt still serving.

Couldn’t be more pleased i was contacted almost immediately when they identified i’d double ordered, internet my end froze so i wasn’t sure i’d already purchased my Day Sac. Ordered for my son, currently serving, just what he wanted. I didn’t have the heart to tell him i used similar in my day (a modified Berghaus munro). It was packed n shipped same day, so received it in no time. Had a quick shuffty and was very impressed with the modern day adaptions.

I wanted bag for camping, but also one whic I could seperate out various skills, such as water, cooking, shelter etc. This bag is very flexible and allows that to happen. The large section of the bag is sufficient to hold those things which are needed but less so. It meets and exceeds my expectations.
