I am such a newbie to this design work and need someone to hold my hand often. The techs are super quick to provide help and answers. I'm so impressed with Kittl.

Kittl's tech support was outstanding at resolving my issue. They were quick to respond at every step of the way. They were helpful in letting me know the exact troubleshooting steps to take to help them quickly identify the issue and begin ruling out other issues. It was comforting to know that after looking through their extensive guides to try to resolve the issue myself, they were simply a chat away to go through steps to resolve my issue. Once we figured out what the issue was, I had a suggestion that would help what caused my issue and a suggestion link was provided immediately to be shared with the team. I really appreciate that as I have bad eyesight and it made me feel heard and like they care about their users. Thank you, Kittl!!!!

I recently upgraded to the Pro Plan and had some questions about my AI tokens. The customer support responded in less than 20 minutes! As a new user, I was still practicing and didn't realize how quickly tokens can be used for video generation. The support team was very professional, explained everything clearly, and helped me understand the system better. Highly recommended for their transparency and quick reaction time!

Kittl is a unique, easy to use, amazing platform. I've tried nearly all at this stage, and I am very happy to choose this one to be my creative haven. I love the fact that I can concentrate on the art, the creativity, without being drawn in a bunch of different directions by multi-layered platforms with 1000 things to distract me and pull me off course. I am AuDHD, and this is the only site that caters to my kind of mindset. There is no overwhelm, like I experience with the other sites. This one feels so uniquely genuine. Even with AI, I am still the creator and still in charge of my design ideas. Plus, Kittl AI is absolutely out of this world.

Love so many things about Kittl, but right now I'm really digging the new AI thumbnail. Still in the learning curve, but it's really amazing how the right prompt can create such an amazing 6 second video that looks so realistic! Wow...

Kittl genuinely stands out. The AI image and text generation is extremely precise — even in German, where many tools struggle. The ability to export real SVGs is a huge time-saver and eliminates the need for extra software.

On top of that, their support is fast and helpful, and it’s clear they think ahead: they anticipate trends, inform users early, and implement features quickly so you can act fast. Efficient, well-built, and clearly ahead of the curve.

I love Kittl. Great tool for a designer like myself. Makes things very simple and the AI prompts are brilliant. 10/10 would recommend.

Kittl support made it easy for me to get my money back, apparently I accidentally pressed the "billed annually" button which is my bad but Kittl responded fast and refunded the amount asap. Love that! Will definitely upgrade!

I’ve been using Kittl recently while working on a creative video challenge, and it’s been a really useful tool. The AI features make it easy to generate visuals quickly and experiment with different ideas.

I also had a small technical issue at one point, and the support team responded quickly and helped resolve it. Overall it’s a great platform for designers and creators who want to prototype concepts and visuals fast.
