I just recently discovered Kittl while researching how to start my Etsy shop. So far I love it. Very easy to use and lots of helpful videos on their YouTube channel. I needed some help and it was quick and everyone was very friendly.

Not that great. Advertising is misleading - no better at vectorising flat colour images than illustrator is, and certainly not worth over $100 AUD per month (illustrator and photoshop combined don't even cost me that much) for the Max plan. I signed up for a month to try it - used it enough to realise it wasn't that good, figured i'd take the hit on the $108 AUD, but forgot to turn off recurring payments. Cancelled the subscription within an hour of the charge going through and requested a refund via paypal immediately to no avail. Legally that's fine but pretty unreasonable and most other companies will give you a refund if its the exact same day as the subscription payment - I'm obviously not using the month and won't ever recommend this to anyone.

I have been using their service for a while now. I love how they have a lot of templates to try. It is recommended for those who don't have graphic design skills or are still trying to enhance your designing skills. Plus, the AI features are very helpful for creating designs. They have many mockups to test your design as well

Kittl was very quick to respond to my issues with downloading files. The representative was efficient, patient and very friendly. She did not give up until my issue was resolved. The representative made the experience a lot less frustrating and helped me to get my POD items published quickly. Great customer service!

It's clear from what I have seen on video that Kittl really does have some top-notch features that I am itching to get to grips with.
It will take a little time for to learn and gain some experience, though, and that's what I am working on now. There are plenty of social-media resources to get answers and the support folks are highly proactive, so I am confident I will be making some progress soon.
