It was my first time using Kizuna because I wanted this one book cover that the seller only shipped in Japan. So glad I found them and worked with them. The process took 1 month. From ordering to shipping because it was a handmade item. Will definitely plan to use Kizuna proxy again!

Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and fair service rates! They gave me a time slot to be online for communicating, they were punctual, and they were very helpful in asking Japanese staff whether items were in stock. They even sent me photos and videos of the inside of the store so I could see all the merch! There was a small misunderstanding that led to an unexpected customs charge (UK government is a pain in the ass 😩) but they were very nice about it and offered me a discount the next time I use their service (which I definitely will). All my items came packaged securely and protected with bubblewrap. Would definitely recommend Kizuna if you're looking for something in Japan that can only be obtained by going to a physical store 👍🏻😁

My experience with them was super quick and easy, I ordered some kimono cookies from Kyoto through them and got them in about a week and a half! I recommend them and would order through them again in the future!

They both were really amazing and very communicative!! They were really honest with me about the shipping process and the options, which made things easier for me to choose! Amazing Proxy for items in Japan!
I wanted some items from a limited time pop up inside Shibuya 109. They made the whole process so seamless, smooth and easy! It was my first time using a proxy service and it was great. Pricing was presented up front (and very reasonable!) They picked up the items the very next day and within a couple days they were packaged and shipped over to me! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for items from Japan!
