Great experience, frequent and prompt updates

Order was completed and delivered quickly, herman miller chair is great as expected, no complaints, can recommend.

I contacted KLAP via email and they invited me to their showroom to test the models. Sven was super helpful and helped me a lot to decide on the best chair, whole process was smooth and in the end I got refurbished Steelcase Leap. The chair looks and feels amazing!

I was able to purchase Leap V2 on the spot. Sven was kind enough to help me transport the chair to my vehicle.

PS! The entrance to the building is about 40 meters past the café. Took me a moment to find it, so heads up!

I purchased a Herman Miller Embody Gaming Chair because it’s unavailable in my country, and it arrived within 7 days of payment. I was initially worried since I don’t often order from abroad, but there were no issues whatsoever. The chair looks completely new with no signs of previous use. Customer service was quick to respond, assured me that returns should be hassle-free, and explained that if any warranty issues arise, I should contact the store directly to handle them.
