The Atlas Headrest is completely new, the chair itself looked new to me as well, everything was clean and perfectly functional. All functions (4D Armrests, tilt, etc.) are in top condition and assembly was very easy (of both, the chair and headrest)

Bought a Herman Miller Embody Gaming chair. First sent an e-mail late in the evening with some questions about shipping, and got a response explaining everything next morning. They said they have it in stock and can send the next day once ordered. Made the order the same evening and the chair was shipped out the next day.

Ordered an embody, quick service, fast delivery. Sven was very helpful with some details in the order. Delivery was sooner than I'd expected. Would definitely do business with them again.

Was hunting for a top tier chair for my home office but was hard to find any official sellers even for new ones in Estonia. And new ones would be a lot more expensive compared to normal prices in Europe. Luckily found Klap.ee site and got a sturdy, refurbished and clean Steelcase Gesture for a decent price. Although still seemed expensive at first but it was about half the price of a new one and I saw that it's the same range that a used Steelcase or Herman Miller chair goes in FB marketplace. So I opted to trust an actual business that even provides a warranty. Sven gladly helped me to try out the different chairs (which used to be impossible in Estonia) and I couldn't be more pleased with the result.
