I ordered three lights but only received one initially. After emailing customer service, I found out my other two lamps were quick in customs due to the hassle of my country's process. They've since been released, and the lamps are stunning!

I ordered 15 wireless bottle lamps, and they arrived within two-weeks-fairly long but for a bigger order its fine. Unfortunately, one lamp was damaged, but Klarko quickly replaced it without any hassle since it was still within the 180-day window. I'm impressed with how they handled everything. Great company, no issues at all!

I got the LED Motion Sensor light Bars. They're not as bright as I expected, but they're still great! Compact, with lots of modes, and no adhesive residue like LED strips. They store flat if needed. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I just the two lamps from the thinker brother collection and they're absolutely stunning and cute! I'm thrilled they arrived in perfect condition makes the whole purchase even better.

Klarako's products are undoubtedly of a very high quality as it has been stated already. Well, any company can sell high quality but Klarako has yet another, big plus: after sales services. It's here where the company totally convinces. They take issues, as small as they might be, very serious, propose perfect solutions and deliver those solutions. I really appreciate doing business with Klarako and fully recommend them.

I was so mesmerized with Klarako's lights after seeing them on Instagram that I ended up getting 12 LED motion sensor light bars. While I originally wished for more discounts for my first order, they did give me a great deal for my second batch of order, which is arriving next week. Overall, I'm really pleased with the purchase!

I was looking for a lighting solution for a particular workspace issue. The sleek design and the small footprint was my choice. Unfortunately, I purchased 2 and only one of them works. I contacted the company and they are asking for a video of the thing not working. They are threatening retaliation of this review unless I send them video of their lamp not working… Think about that, a video of their lamp not working…

Since I purchased 2, I can tell you they got it half right - one of them does work and is a good solution I was seeking. But, in my view, a company that produces 50% defective products, and is poised for retaliation for a review highlighting that, tells me these folks are used to this. They’re used to fielding complaints with threats.

These lights are adorable! My only wish was for a longer warrant, maybe even a lifetime one instead of the 180 days. Update: Klarako really listens to their customers because now they offer a lifetime warranty options at checkout!

My lights arrived in just seven days here in Canada, no complaints at all! They've been shining perfectly for months now. I bought 3 Crystal Lanterns for my daughter's study and some stem illuminator lamps. I'll definitely be shopping with Klarako again, that'sfor sure!

absolute garbage! don't buy these, they look great but two lamps stopped working after a couple of weeks after purchase and the company refused to refund or repair

The lamp arrived sooner than expected and was packaged really well. It's a modern addition to my home's interior design! Good find!

This lamp fills the space beautifully with a warm, mellow light, exactly what I was hoping for. Even though the delivery took a bit longer due to the carrier's staffing issues (which Klarako had no control over). It was definitely worth the wait.
