The packaging looked a bit dented and tossed around, but Klarako's secure inside packaging saved the lamp from any damage. The buying experience was easy and smooth, and the lantern itself is gorgeous. Plus, their customer service is fast and excellent!

I love these lanterns but one of them experienced an issue. The customer service team was very prompt and friendly to help me and in the end decided to quickly send me a replacement with no hassle at all. Later on we even managed to trouble shoot the original lantern and actually got it working. Great product and super service minded people.

I ordered several lights but received one damaged shipment. I sent a picture via the web form and asked for a replacement on July 14th. On July 17th, I received a response informing me that a replacement would be sent to me with a tracking number. I followed up two times on 7/29 and 8/1, asking for an update since the tracking number did not correlate to a shipping company (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). No response. On 8/5, I received an email informing me that my replacement had been shipped to an address in Arizona. I don't live in Arizona. I don't know anybody in Arizona. And I have no idea why a replacement item would be sent to a different address that's not mine! I immediately responded letting Klarako know that this is not where I live.....NO RESPONSE. Customer Service is horrible, and while they claim to warranty their products, what they don't say is that they are a nightmare to deal with and actually don't. I would not buy from this company again.

Such cute lamps. Really love the way they are designed. Only thing I would change is extending the 90-day warranty to a lifetime (or at least having the option)

UPDATE: They included lifetime warranty now as an option before purchasing, so I guess they do listen to their customers ;)

I've had horrible experience buying lights online so I stopped doing it completely. Klarako was able to restore my trust. I bought 3x Crystal Lantern's and they've been in my living room for the last 5 months. I really love this lamp. It's narrow size means I can fit two on either side of my large couches. It is bright, allowing plenty of light out, at the same time, the lamp shade is a perfect thickness so it's a nice even glow that doesn't hurt my eyes and is adjustable if it gets too bright. The industrial design goes well with my minimalist decore. There is no question i well be buying from Klarako again

My husband and i bought the gorgeous Klarako Crystal Lanterns for our kitchen island but were unable to find a light that suited the aesthetic our patio... I reached out to Klarako on a whim and not only were they immediately responsive but they able to customize our order to make the pendant lights we loved into a flush mount for our hallway-now everything matches! words can not express my gratitude. Best customer service ever! Delivery was also quick and we live in California! Thank you so much Klarako...you've been a delight to work with.

Excellent suite of lighting from a reputable company. Been in the lighting industry for 20+ years so had some very technical questions about the lights to which they pointed me to their product associate who had answers to all my comments and concerns. Bought a couple of their lamps now. Shipping wasn't long to my home and these lights came out working wonderfully.

Just received my Gold Thinker Brothers Collection and I couldn't be more pleased. They are absolutely magical in the way they look and they've caught the eye of so many guests that come to my home. They are super simple to assemble, and shipping was quick to Montreal, Canada ( 5 days from order date)

Got the LED Motion Sensor Light Bars. They aren't as bright as I was expecting but otherwise they're great!! Very compact, lots of modes, I don't have to deal with removing adhesive if I decide to move them like led strips, and they break down to be very flat to store if needed. I would recommend these to friends and family.

Lamp was broken by cat. Emailed for a refund and had to send a video. Sent a video, got a new lamp with in 2 weeks. That the service I experienced and I'm extremely happy with how they treated the situation.

Decently fast shipping to canada. My lights came delivered to me in 8 days. I can't complain because after a month of using them they work perfectly. I got 3x Crystal Lanterns (should've gotten one more from their buy one get one deal) and also got their stem illuminator lights for myself and my daughters study. Would purchase from Klarko again

I LOVE my new minimalism lamp, it looks different every time I look at it. Depending on the time of day, the aesthetic feels completely and fresh. Really transformed my living room.

Product is great! love how the light brightens my room on the mellow orange aural! Nice packing too with a QR code that provides instructions and great customer service:)

Be wary of copycats. I first found out about Klarako from a friend but saw an ad of a fake brand mimicing them. Brought from the real brand and got my lights securely to SG.

Great lights, and even better customer service. A package was damaged and they immediately sent a replacement.

Really excellent experience all around. Item shipped quickly from overseas, they emailed me daily with tracking updates so it was easy to anticipate delivery. Product arrived safely, easy to set up and looks awesome. Will definitely shop again.
