DO NOT BUY from here. I have a product I want to return and they are impossible to get hold off!
I finally received an email but they won’t engage in any conversation and continue to ignore me!

£100 wasted.

Where do I start

Where do I start, ordered the fruit jerky dehydrator, on the 30th , on the 4th December tracked it ( stated it had been delivered) it had not , spoke to someone at klarstein who said they could see it had missed the connection and was still in the warehouse!!! They would follow it up and email everyday , not the case , a few days later tracked it again and evri had stated it had been delivered on the 1st of December it definitely had not because it had missed the the connection on the 4th so unless they have a magic time loop not possibly, then said I’d like a refund they then sent a full legal affidavit for me to sign ( ridiculous bare in mind they can actually see delivery on the 1st was actually impossible, so they would not issue a refund , now having to go through my credit card company , under fraud I don’t believe klarkstein ever actually sent the product ( and I’m not sure what evri are playing at but it’s definitely a circus and paying customers are the clowns, would never buy from these again and I will be taking it further.

Though that is useless as that states delivered on the 1st but the didn’t go to that until the 7th and on the 5th you stated it had missed the connection, so how exactly does one travel back in time to deliver something that the date is past also would like to see a copy of the affidavit signed by the courier driver that states they delivered it.

Oh look again no reply and great you send a pdf for a affidavit to be signed that requires printing when we don’t have a printer , surly this stuff should be on your website not in small print either , because I would not of bothered at all buying from you, looks like we where scammed completely but not to worry il yell at the evri driver again tomorrow and il ask my neighbours for the cctv footage and plaster that on your social media adverts and every advert that pops up about how you scam customers and to not bother purchasing at least I can save someone else the headache of dealing with you

Professional company and very helpful.

I was looking to replace my white ceramic hob with an induction one as the former was difficult to clean as it burnt food onto the surface. I came across one from Klarstein which looked fantastic in silver and black. I just had to have it so ordered one when it was in the Black Friday sale. Also on the website they stated that I could receive a £10 discount off my first order if I signed up to their newslatter, which I duly did. However as hard as I tried I could find no way of redeeming the £10 discount. I went ahead and bought the hob and it is truly a beautiful appliance. I also emailed the company asking about the £10 discount and they promptly and courteously refunded it to my credit card. I can't recommend this company enough as they are both easy to contact and extremely helpful, and their product is first class.

No refund - AI Customer Service

I returned my orders 1203253291 and 1203253320. Delivered to Klarstein a while ago. No refund issued. Customer service is AI. I only receive template replies. Stay away from this company. The quality of items are so bad, discounts are fake. Once you place the order you wont receive a refund. Its a trap..

Edit: Do not trust their replies. Entire company runs on AI. Once they take your money you wont find anything other than AI written templates. Everything on the website chinese garbage with their branding.

A beautiful stylish induction hob at a great price.

A stylish product. Great communication from this company and seemless delivery.
The white 90cm narrow induction hob (more like a light grey colour), blends beautifully with my new quartz white, grey and gold worksurface. I was pleased with the option of a different colour rather than the usual black one which can stand out against most worktops.
I am very pleased with the hob, it works well and was a very good price compared to the cost of some wide narrow black hobs provided by other companies.

No response, no delivery, PayPal payment still pending

I placed an order with Klarstein on 28 November 2025 (order number 1203301190) for a Cosmic Beam Smart 24 infrared heater.

As of 13 December 2025, I have received nothing:

- No shipping confirmation
- No delivery
- No meaningful response from customer service

I contacted Klarstein multiple times. The only reply I received was an automated email asking for information, which I provided immediately. After that, there has been complete silence.

To make matters worse, the PayPal payment is still marked as “Pending”, which raises serious concerns about the order processing and internal communication.

This experience feels highly unprofessional. If Klarstein is unable to deliver or process the order, customers should at least be informed.

At this point, I cannot recommend Klarstein due to the lack of communication and failure to handle the order properly.

Bought a cooker hood from Klarstein…

Bought a cooker hood from Klarstein online. Had the hood fitted by an Electrician, only to find that once the hood was turned on it only worked on the slow setting. Set about trying to contact Klarstein - no `phone number visible on website, so filled in the online contact form (no reply, other than the automatic acknowledgement, after 3 days !!), so emailed them (no reply after 3 days, so emailed again and still no reply at the time of writing this review), so searched online for a contact `phone number and finally found one ... rung that, only to get a voice message stating that all their Staff were in training .... and at that point I was cut off !! Christmas is round the corner and we have a cooker hood in situ which does not work properly, we`ve paid the Electrician to fit it and cannot get any response from Klarstein. Unsure what to do next, except write this review to warn others.

No delivery and No Refund

No delivery and No Refund
- First Klarstein did not deliver my order that came from Germany to London and back to Germany.

- Then they took off my review from Trustpilot, claiming it is not genuine despite I copy pasted the tracking items.

- Now no refund has been issued to me despite them saying on 27th November it will be processed within 5 Business Days. We have 12th December now.

- This is disappointing.

Wonderful quality for the price.

Product is wonderful quality for the price.
Won't hesitate to buy other appliances of this brand.
Just be wary of the delivery if buying direct, may be due to the fact we are in Northern Ireland (which post Brexit is a nightmare for online orders) but the courier took over a week to deliver what was labeled as a "48 hour delivery"!

Faulty Klarstein Tumble Dryer

I ordered this 000100 10034158 Jet Tumble Dryer 1020W EEC. After 80 minutes, a little doggy blanket was still damp. I realised that it was barely warm.
I wanted to return it within 48 hrs after receiving it. Amazon has asked them to arrange a courier 3 times to pick it up for a refund. It is still in my kitchen after a week. I paid £338 for it.
I am profoundly deaf and also contacted Klarstein twice using their form.
They replied the first time asking me for my cell number.
So Amazon got involved. Not a word from them.
I DON'T WANT THIS FAULTY DRYER.
I WANT MY REFUND.

Klarstein has replied. I am going to wait for a courier to pick up the dryer. As soon as I receive my refund, I will let you know.

It is now the 12th of December and there has been no response from Klarstein as promised by their reply below. This is just not acceptable.

I am more than happy to swap this faulty dryer for another one I would rather have. This one just has a timer and a temperature setting.

Poor Customer Service- Defect items

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE - AVOID KLARSTEIN AT ALL COSTS - Order 0403700244
Our experience with Klarstein has been nothing short of a complete disaster and a testament to truly shocking customer service. From August follow up for defected product under warranty finally after my Husband review in trustpolite we got an answer from them to shii product to them . We sent our BBQ in for repair or replacement well over a month and a half ago, and since then, our product has been effectively stolen by the company.
Here is the timeline of their incompetence:
• 1.5 Months Ago: My BBQ was taken in.
• The Excuse: After weeks of chasing, Klarstein's customer service finally stated the product is "out of stock" and offered no timeline, solution, or alternative.
This is not just poor service; it is a clear breach of contract. A simple "out of stock" response is unacceptable after taking a customer's product for this long without providing a resolution.

Do not trust this company with your money or your products. Their after-sales support is non-existent, and they clearly have no respect for their customers or consumer rights.
