Einfach klasse

I bought directly from klarstein homepage my dunstabzug. It came on time, it looks good in my kitchen and The packaging was very well done. I will buy again in the future.

Cancelling agreement within 14 dayperiod

I ordered a cooker extractor hood it came within 3days on the 13/10, looking at the fixing bracket I found it wasn’t suitable. I sent an email after 2 days to cancel the agreement well within the 14 days policy return period. I received email from Klarstein after 2 days asking what the defect was, it took several emails and week to get them to understand I wanted to cancel the agreement as per the term of the contract. Eventually on the 12 of November the 22kg cooker extractor hood was collected by parcel force. Terms and conditions tell you a refund will be forthcoming coming within 5 to 7 working days once the parcel has been returned it’s now 5th December no refund and they won’t answer email.

Item not Received and No contact from company

My item was due to be delivered by 30 Nov25. It is now 5 Dec. No communication from the company. Went on line to track order and it appears my item was returned by customs. Struggled to find an email address, found one finally and emailed but still heard nothing about what is happening.
in response to your feedback, I have already emailed you twice with no response and included the order number on both occasions. I do not know why it was turned away at customs as why would I know? You sent the item, I haven't actually received it and your tracker tells me it was returned and no-one has told me why. Can you provide me with a different email address that may be more effective in getting a response?
Update, I finally got a response and it was just that I would get a refund and if I still wanted the product I had to reorder it. Some issues at customs apparently. Took a bit of chasing and I did respond as per the message here from the company

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

I ordered an ice machine, it turned up, it was an obvious return from another customer, it was packaged upside down, was covered in a glue residue (from the plastic coating that the return customer had removed), it had a dent in it, we gave it the benefit of the doubt, cleaned it up, left it standing and then turned it on to make ice, 2 hours later 1 ice cube and a smell of burning electrics!
Put a request in for a replacement, to get an email saying how about you keep it for 20% discount - laughable!!!!
Then got another email instructing me to send a video to prove it wasn't working?? What a 2 hour one??
I stated I wanted a replacement not a refund.
Got send a return label to return it via evri, no shops will accept it as its over 10kg, I keep telling Klarstein and they keep sending me an email saying take to the shop!!!! Use google translate and please read my email in English!
I give up looks like a credit card chargeback will need to be used.
Don't waste hours of your life using this company take my advice and go elsewhere!

This time all went smoothly with no problems, and having the product arriving in just 2 days.

After having problems still not solved with money not being returned i gace a second chance and order the same model as previously tried. This time all went smoothly with no problems, and having the product arriving in just 2 days. Living in Portuguese island it is challenging to get products this fast, but it came, and fast.
Eventhough my previous experience with this brand is yet to know a end, this one went perfectly!

Poor quality control, poor customer service.

I was shocked to find the condition the cooker hood I purchased from them arrived in, with three separate significant areas of impact damage that can't have gone unnoticed by the person in charge of the item at the time. There was no damage to the box or polystyrene in which the hood was packed, which suggests that this item was allowed to leave their premises in this state, which suggests an attitude to quality control that can't inspire a great deal of confidence.

The actual damage is bad enough, but the fact that no-one seems to care all that much that their products are arriving to their customers in such a state, or about making the situation good as soon as possible is the most irritating part. I'm trying to get somebody to respond to my emails concerning getting a return organised and a refund made and I've had to chase four times already. I notice another negative review mentions a strict 14 day window for returns, but surely that's not the reason for this incredibly slow response from customer service?

Also, the description of what the package would contain was wrong - I'd expected two carbon filters and one arrived.

Avoid

Awful. I ordered a hob with built in extractor online, got two confirmation emails, then nothing. Contacted their customer service and was given a tracking number for EVRI. It indicated the hob was dispatched the day of order then nothing else. EVRI referred me back to the sellers. 48 hours they said my hob was lost. They allowed me to reorder. Repeat as before. This time they said the were no hobs available in the UK and Germany couldn't send me one. 18 days after my order, I was given a refund. 18 days with no hob to cook on and I was able to walk into Currys and buy one and take it home.

Five Cosmic beam heater, but two are unusable.

We bought five Blumfeldt Cosmic Beam Heaters for the village hall. Initially, they worked well. The app was good as two people could keep the hall warm with app. However, two of the heaters have dropped off the app, and cannot be re-added. There seems to be an issue with the wi-fi as it is permanently flashing. Worse still, the Home Owner was spontaneously logged off the app. Logging in, no devices or scenarios are visible, despite being the home owner. Reinstalling the app achieved nothing. The Klarstein support is appalling. No response via email. The app chat bot simply goes into a loop. Two heaters down and a broken app renders it a waste of money.

Was going to purchase two wine coolers…

Was going to purchase two wine coolers and a fridge . Total bill came to £1549. They then tried to add a delivery fee. I checked other products of similar weight and dimensions and there were no delivery fee. Queried with their customer service and they couldn’t really explain. Just fobbed off. Will purchase elsewhere.

Really poor customer service

I had a wine cooler delivered today. The box appeared a little damaged and some glass fragments appeared to be on my floor, so on opening I wasn’t surprised to find the item had a smashed door. Within 30 minutes of it arriving I contacted them, I could only find a chat bot, I eventually got through to a customer service person who initially suggested they would replace the item after I sent it back and they would send me a label to print! Firstly, why would I have to wait for them to get the damaged item back before they send a replacement and secondly how did they think I could get a fridge weighing 22kgs to the post office! When I pointed out they needed to collect it and I wanted a replacement sent asap they said they would do me ‘a favour’ and speak to their ‘back office’ to see if they could send one straight away but I would have to wait 24hours at least. There was no email confirmation of this. I called them after a few hours to check the status and was told exactly the same thing, but it would be escalated and i would get an email confirmation… guess what still nothing! This is clearly a company who has staff that are only able to offer one returns process and are unable to do anything ad hoc. No idea whether the item will actually be worth the inconvenience it has caused me so far, especially as it it sitting in its ugly box in my kitchen! When will
Companies understand that having a good product is not enough, sorting the problem a first point of contact is key, especially when it’s not the customers fault!
The response received just proves my point, so I’ll add that I have already provided photographic evidence that the cooler arrived smashed, so whatever your T&c’s state re returns/replacements I would argue that only applies if the item fails in use under warranty, so far I have paid for an item that has not been received in a serviceable condition therefore you have not yet fulfilled the order. Please urgently arrange to send a replacement and to collect the damaged one at the same time
