I waited four days for a key, and even then, they provided the wrong one to unlock my bike.
I ordered new keys for my bike’s lock and paid for an Uber to pick them up. I also paid for an Uber to try to pick up my bike using the new keys. However, they gave me the wrong keys, even though I had waited exactly four days to receive them and was without my bike the entire time.
I believe that if they were a professional company and valued my time, they would refund my subscription and deliver the correct keys the next day.
At then end we resolved the issue quickly.

I wouldn’t recommend them.
Okay in general, communication is difficult
Okay in general. When it comes to communication with support there is a little chance they reply to you in watts app.
I lost my key on Saturday, left incident and was contacted on Monday to choose the way to pick up the new key. I selected to pick it up in the office on Tuesday. When I came on Tuesday to pick the key I was told that the key is not checked as mechanic did not have proper location of the bike to check if the key works. So I need to wait one more day.
Solution : there is always WhatsApp where customer service could ask details if they are required to fulfill the task.
Very fast and simple process
Was a very fast and simple process to sign up, pick up the bike, cancel and return. Even getting repairs was so easy. Within 24 hours i had a puncture in my wheel repaired while i wasn't even with the bike. All i had to do is give the location of where i parked it.
Pick up date was not clearly started
I’m disappointed that it was not clearer that you cannot pick up the bike the same day that you pay. I thought that when you paid, your subscription would start, so I waited as long as possible. But then I paid and had to choose a pick up day which is 4 days out in the future. And I really need the bike tomorrow and the day after, so now I have to rent a bike at another place.

Very good service, everything is well organised. The bike is pretty nice. It feels so good to be able to attach a bike on the street without spending 1h mounting 12 locks and then always be worried about theft.

Amazing bike that was LITERALLY better than having a car in Sevilla. I could get everywhere 2x faster. The customer service from Kleta was unbelievable and they were super quick to help me when I had a flat. Can’t recommend this company and these bikes enough. Thanks Kleta! I will be back.
