I had to give a 1 star because it would…

I had to give a 1 star because it would let me do anything less. I ordered 2 bags and never received them and when I sent multiple emails asking where my items were they wouldn't respond at all. But yet they keep sending me emails to buy more bags but they refuse to send me what I have already ordered and they won't even respond. Either give me my money back or my bags

If I could give negative stars I would

If I could give negative stars I would! Worst scam ever! When I did some digging, apparently the “shop” I ordered from is an apartment in Dallas area. Call the number just rings and rings. People work to hard for their money to get taken by lazy folks unwilling to do an honest job. I pray you get ALL the bad karma back at you for this!

No purse

I ordered a purse from klyra January 9 have yet to receive it and today is February 27saying there is a product shipment delay. Total scam scam do not order from this company. This company is crooked. They need to be shut down. I have went back-and-forth with them multiple emails. They are not legit if you don’t wanna lose money don’t order from this online company.

These guys are a scam

These guys are a scam. I ordered 2 bags on 02.06.2026, paid for expedited shipping to arrive in 5 - 7 business days. Still have not received them. Then on the 20th they tried to charge my card again. I have emailed Support twice with no response. Do not waste your time or money.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am currently trying to stop payment from my bank account. They are literally taking money out of my account every other day. THIS IS PURE EVIL!!!! I ordered a tote bag and never received it!!! PLEEEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, SCROLL RIGHT ON PAST THOSE ADS, CAUSE YOU’LL DEFINITELY REGRET IT!!!! THE ONLY REASON I HAVE A STAR, IS BECAUSE, THERE WASN’T AN OPTION NOT TO. THEY DON’T DESERVE NOT ONE STAR!!!

If i could give the no stars that would…

If i could give the no stars that would be better don't get conned like I did these are just £20 and less on temu and are crap all that can't cut and bend is shit you can bend them easy sent them back and had to fight with PayPal (which PayPal sided with them so lost money)
Please don't buy from them again if you want the lock temu it's the same thing trust me

scam subscription and refusal to provide tracking Or a refund

This company is a total scam

I've been waiting for my orders since December 29th

It is now February 23rd

There is no back order there is no reason for a delay, And I have over 40 emails between myself and the customer service sup email, And they've been completely unhelpful. They have refused to provide me tracking multiple times, won't tell me the reason for the 3 lost shipments, in a row...... And then there is supposedly a subscription charge which I actually fact checked against their website and it's not in my order when I checked out because I printed the page, it's not in their terms of service, And it was not part of some special that I checked out on because I have the link saved and I take screenshots of everything before I check out. I provided all of this to customer service and they said oh yeah it's an auto subscription so if you place any order you will become subscribed and charged $40 every month for literally nothing

.. so they were going to refund me for the subscription and cancel....

And that's been 2 months now. Still no package. Still no ...... refund. So when some people say they get their package I feel like they must be your paid reviewer because this company is a complete scam, when you try to call the customer service phone number it's actually just some weirdo breathing into the phone listening to like a hand radio or something, And they say that oh customer service must be really busy when you email but it's the same every time you try to call. So don't expect much is all I'm saying. And my bank wouldn't even let me do a chargeback so I will actually just be gathering information and contacting my lawyer for them to move forward with issues regarding them misrepresenting and scamming the subscription.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I am only give this 1 star because I cant give zero..ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I ordered two bags in January never reduced my bags and in top of tht was recharged again this month now I gave to close my card and get a new one.companies should be fined and locked up for fraudulent actions like this we work too hard for our money. I hope they shut them down immediately

SCAM I would do zero stars if I could

I would do zero stars if I could. Just here to warn everyone who is smart enough to google the dang site before giving all your info.. bought the bag and it never arrived and I have been charged now again for what appears to be a subscription fee??? I didn’t subscribe to anything. Cant get ahold of anyone, of course. So now I have to get a new debit card just to make sure they quit charging me!!

Ordered two bags seven weeks ago, and have received nothing. I was given a fake tracking number and when I speak to customer service they just say, “there’s a carrier delay” and provide no further details.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would
I ordered in December and here we are almost the end of February and no items. And they claim I joined up to a subscription and charged me a second time for this service. They cancelled it but I’m still out money. They claim I’m getting a refund but I have been fighting them for 7 weeks for it.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I WISH I RESEARCHED BEFORE BUYING.

This is by far the worst company!!! Ordered in December & still no merchandise.. the customer service??? Non existent!!! I disputed the charge with my bank and they told them that I did purchase but here it is February 17 & I have no merchandise!!! Yeah, they got the wrong one!!!

This company totally sucks!!

This company totally sucks!!! I am in the same boat as other customers that I have read. I wish I would have researched reviews before I bought from this company. When I contacted them, I was reassured that my membership had cancelled but now I look at my bank account and once again I am charged the $40 fee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
