I ordered two bags on their special January 1 of 2026. The tracking number is invalid. I get no response other than there’s been a delay in shipping but be assured that they’ve been sent. They will not talk to me about a refund. I wish I had seen this and done some research before I bought from them save yourself a headache and do not order through them.

I ORDERED A BAG ON JANUARY 9 AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING AND NOW GETTING THE RUN AROUND ABOUT WANTING MY MONEY BACK AND ARGUING WITH THEM ABOUT A MEMBERSHIP FEE THAT WAS NEVER POSTED I WANT MY BAG OR MY MONEY BACK THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE DONT ORDER ANYTHING

Absolutely worst company. They steal the money and never send the item you paid for. They even try to get you to pay for a subscription that you never agree to having. I reported them to the BBB!!!

Purchase 2 bags- even paid for the shipping protection- over a month and a half ago.

Emailed customer service only to get a bots response and an invalid phone number to reach out to.

Ordered purses on Jan 5th and never received them. Company keeps trying to charge my credit card, over $50, every 2 weeks. Credit card # changed and never received my purses, or any responses to my emails

I should have read these reviews before I purchased. I have not received my purchase yet and it has been a month now, no update and tracking whatsoever. I have emailed them twice, no response. I was charged 59AUD as a recurring charge, which I think they subscribed you automatically when you purchase. Good thing my bank refunded it and replaced my card. This company is a scammer!!! I hope we can teport this and their FB PAGE

No tracking number and no product received. Just another scam.

Scam scam scam. Charged me monthly for purses never recieved!!! I emailed daily asking for tracking. Finally recieved it and it was invalid. Asked for a refund. Been charged 3 times including yesterday when they said the were once again processing my refund. Now they are telling me I signed up for a subscription … I got a PURSE not a subscription. Had to call my bank and do a stop payment. May have to cancel my card all together. Do not do business here.

I would give this company zero if I could, I bought two locks both became faulty after a couple of uses and now they want replace as I had them just over 60days do they are saying it should only last 60 days!?!?

If I could give zero stars, I would. Never received my bag. Got charged an extra $34 for a membership fee. Ordered in December, still have not received my bag or refund. Total: $80 stolen from me. Complete scam, please avoid.

I would give zero stars if that was an option ordered on Christmas for their big buy one get one free waited over two months only to be told that my package was delivered who knows where demanded a refund only for them to tell me that they were not going to process a refund for me and to literally go around my neighborhood looking for my package. They’re a scam.

Waited for about a week with no confirmation but then received a UPS tracking number- invalid
Followed up with email n got some bull tht once the delivery company had it sorted id be sent the tracking. Then tried to take another $40 off me - apparently it’s a membership thing when u sign up but there is nothing saying this until u read every part of the terms n conditions n its right down the bottom - very easy to miss
I waited longer n emailed again.. same response
Asked for a refund n am yet to receive that as well

Total scam! I saw a raving video review on Facebook and all the comments were super positive so decided to order. Since then I’ve been banned from commenting on any posts or reviews and the comments I do post are deleted. They need to be stopped. They are getting rich $25-$45 dollars at a time.

I was charged twice for bags I never even received. When I reached out for a refund I was told that it would take up to 7 business days.

It’s been well over that and I still haven’t received anything.

Never received any products and have been charged twice for product I did not receive. Can you get anyone to answer the phone or return my email.

I paid for 2 locks and an alarm before Christmas. The parcel was tracked to Yodel, who have since admitted they have lost it. Despite phone calls and emails to and from Yodel confirming that the package has been lost Klyra maintain they cannot refund or resend the package. I feel gaslighted and have no way of getting my money back or the products.

This company is a scam. Do not trust them. You can find the product you are looking for for half the price and twice the quality.

Received one lock broken and the second one will not lock at all.Have been e-mailing klyra trying to resolve. I want to return both locks and get a refund. All I get is the run-around. There is no physical address to return these locks to. $135.00 gone!

This store is a scam selling cheap imitation products at expensive prices. Don’t buy from this store!! Bought cycling gloves for $45. Unwearable, unbranded. Tight fingers, loose hand padding. Extremely poor quality. Cannot wear these
They say they have 60 day full refund but insist you pay your own return shipping to China and you then don’t receive a refund and product ends up back in your own letterbox
Complete rubbish, don’t use!!
