Ordered a three-piece turkey call from kmwhisper last Thursday; showed up Monday, shockingly well-tuned right out the box. Website’s a tad cluttered, had to dig for the choke I wanted, and shipping note was vague, but the guys answered my DM in ten minutes and even knocked five bucks off. Good gear, real people, just needs polish—four stars and counting.

So I haven't received the product yet. The reason being I placed the order to get this for my Dad for his birthday. I ordered a corresponding piece to go with this solvent trap. Few days later I notice it's still processing so I shoot a email. Kyle messages me that night through email and says he will get it taken care of tomorrow because my dad's b day is coming up soon. The next day he sends me a email that one I chose wouldn't work with the corresponding piece would you like this other one that will work perfectly with it. Which in my opinion is better than the one I purchased for no up charge. Now I that is what I call customer service. He knows his products and what with go with what and he reached out to let me know and took care of me to the fullest extent. I know my dad is going to be super happy.

Order was incomplete because a part was the wrong size. After several emails and photographs of the defective part and a month later I still have received a part that will work. Avoid these people. And yes I do have all the emails to support my frustration!

the end cap doesnt fit in the jig... im not being stupid, it doesnt fit
