Personal license

Great Service
The staff (particularly Hellen) have been absolutely first rate, guided me through the process from start to finish, seamless, smooth and rapid. The online course is great, all of the instructions for everything including the mock exam and the exam itself have been clear and easy to follow, and everything worked!. I'd particularly recommend their "application service" post exam, so much quicker than I anticipated.

Probably one of the best customer/B2B experiences in my working lifetime (30+ years) because a process that could have been tricky, complex, lengthy and time-consuming was made seamless, easy, quick and efficient. Hellen should be commended for superb customer service.
