I would avoid Knight Richardson if you can. They are slow, uncommunicative and rude. Never having the time to explain to a first time buyer what is happening. Exclusively relied on me to call for updates. Withheld important information for weeks for no apparent reason.
Including them making a mistake which put our completion date back.
If I could be bothered my review could take me hours to write the amount of grief and annoyance they not only did nothing to help with but actively caused.

Charlotte, Megan and the rest of the team were superb for both the sale of our existing property and the purchase of the new one. They kept us up to date with significant events and all deadlines were achieved. The online portal made the uploading of information very user friendly.

We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

Afra Khan was absolutely amazing. We had a very difficult buyer and she dealt with them professionally and skillfully to complete our transaction successfully. Great communication and all other mmebers of the team were prompt and helpful, as has also been our previous experiences of Knight Richardson.

Kirsti was great and made the sale of our property nice and smooth. What was reassuring was that whenever I called Knight Richardson I was able to speak to someone and even if Kirsti could not speak at that time, she always got back to me in a timely manner - this has not always been the case with previous solicitors. I had a different solicitor for my onwards purchase (special circumstance) but Kirsti ensured there was no issue on completion date. Thanks!

I used Knight Richardson as my conveyancer on a shared ownership property.
From the start I know I had made a good choice. Very quick to respond to any enquiries I had, always on hand if I needed advice.

I’ve just completed on a sale of a house, transferring it to my company. Isaac, Nimaat and team have been exceptional!!! Through endless issues with the mortgage company’s solicitors, Knight Richardson have pushed back and got everything through in a timely manner with no need to chase. Wouldn’t trust any other solicitors and now using them again for my new build purchase. Top work!

Greg and kirsti have been fantastic.
Kirsti helped talk me through any queries on my sale and the best way to write a response to each thing, as well as giving me solid advice with saved me a lot of money.

We had a first class service from Kirsti and all of the team. They were professional, efficient and proactive when dealing with our sale. All queries were dealt with promptly and we were kept fully informed throughout the process. All staff were a pleasure to deal with and we always felt that they were in control.
