Very speedy and Professional service

I called Knightsbridge regarding a change of circumstances after a very difficult time. My call was answered by a girl called Zoe Griffiths. Zoe went above and beyond for me, kept in contact with me throughout until she helped resolve the situation. Zoe was extremely professional and attentive throughout. I have always felt embarrassed by my financial situation, but the was never any judgement, only very helpful advice and attention to detail. Due to Zoe's dealing of my situation I fell as if a HUGE weight has been lifted from my shoulders, I feel more contented and worry free. Knightsbridge should be commended on hiring such a professional employee and therefore should highlight this girls efforts, by including her dealing of situations within their training programme, and by giving her a HUGE raise!!!! Thanks Zoe!!!

I'm experiencing a good nice sleep, feel satisfied in myself since my case have been taken over by KBI. I contacted them and within few weeks my case was death with professionally and efficiently.
