They were great setting up the iva, going through the terms and conditions and the process. We managed to opt for an early settlement and paid a full and final back in March 2016. 9 months later our credit file is still showing our iva as active, our credit score is still appalling and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. If I didn't check my credit score then I would be none of the wiser, after numerous attempts contacting them to ask why it's not settled on our credit score it appears 2 companies have not been paid off yet! Until they do we will continue to suffer financially, they are useless and very unhelpful now they have their money from the iva!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Referred to Knightsbridge via Vincent bond and I cannot fault them at all.
From the very first call I felt at ease and was kept up to date throughout the whole process, all questions were answered swiftly and fully, making sure that I understood everything.
My Iva has now been accepted and I cannot thank Knightsbridge enough for all their work as without them I wouldn't be where I am now.
Finally I can see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel so thank you.

The 4 star rating is not really a criticism. The only part of the whole process I found difficult was trying to get the form that needs signing altered and emailed back so I could actually sign it. It seemed to take for ever, but in reality probably did'nt. But once that was returned it only took a couple of weeks and it was all set up. The method of signing the form and returning by email is really quite clever, so don't be worried about it at all. They are very nice, helpful people to deal with, and you feel as if they are on your side and will help as much as is possible. So don't let the 4 star rating put you off, I would be very surprised if you regretted getting these people to arrange your IVA. Thanks for all your help.

Great people to deal with helpful and friendly . My only concern was how long it took the right paper work to reach us. Once it did every thing went well and was kept well informed.Thank you for keeping us up to date every step of the way and good clear explanations as we went.

Knightsbridge were a blessing to me 3 years ago. Finally found a way out of dept. But this year they have taken too long. I sent my paper work that they requested in May 2016 and it took 6 months to finally give me my new payment. But then too be told that I'm in arrears from last year and don't bother to tell you. Not happy at the moment

I tried to get debts sorted with charitable debt solutions but they left me out in a minefield of debt. They leave you to trace your own debts but if you don't know how many you have or who with it then became a nightmare. I found Knightsbridge really took all of this away and got debts into a plan quickly and I can now sleep a lot better. Friendly and professional service.
